I would give 5 stars but the wait for someone who has made an online order is just as long as someone who walks in. Its slightly inconvenient. However, I will say my budtender was amazing. If you guys can have a walk up window like Greenlight it would make things much smoother. Overall, I will go back because they usually have the brand I like.

I love this place, I've tried most of the dispensaries in the kc metro area and From the Earth is by far the best in my opinion, the staff is always very friendly and welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable, the place is nice and has a laid-back vibe, you can take your time and browse, and I have never seen their website not be updated and accurate. This company really has it together and does it well, and they are partnered with Illicit, a great local grower that's only getting better with time, although they do have the other brands too. They have a great selection. It's always a pleasure to go to From the Earth whether it's this location or one of their other ones. I feel very strongly that they have the best dispensaries in the KC metro area.

This is my #1 dispensary. Never disappointed.

Quality is inconsistent but top tier. You will want to look at terp percentage before purchase. Service depends on the budtenter and their personality. You can tell they push a lot of corporate QA bullshit on the budtenders. They are mostly concentrating on making sure they hit all those points. Don't try to talk to the newbies. They are struggling to hit those points and need time to memorize that nonsense. Honestly the security is more fun to talk to anyway. Those guys do a great job. Atmosphere is drab because there are no windows but they dress it up with "hip" posters. Not a place you want to be in for more than 5 minutes, but compared to other dispensaries, it's very clean and bright.

I love this dispensary it’s my favorite place of all to get my smoke. The location is an easy and easy out. I’m able to get in and out of the dispensary quick. If I have any questions, their staff is more than knowledgeable enough to answer any questions that I have. Everyone is always happy and easy to deal with. They don’t argue with you. they don’t try to sell you something that you’re really not interested in, but they do let you know about their specials and what not. That’s why I highly recommend this dispensary

I have been to the Independence location more than five times. The online preorder is the best because I am in and out in 10mins because of the preorder only checkout line. The store is brightly lit in a friendly and inviting manner. All sales associates are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If you have questions they have the answer, otherwise it’s is a kindly simple interaction to check out. This as been my only store I use in KC and the rewards program is excellent.

Love the Independence location, they are my top fave. My guy Mario is always on point with the recommendations and he is always down to find more info to help you make the best choices. Whole team is super knowledgeable and down to trial and error with you if that’s more your style! Vibe is always chill and open, they’re always so welcoming in there. Def recommend all FTE locations but these guys are the closest to me so I’m always there.

Quality is great, everytime I’m in town I come here and they haven’t failed me yet. The staff is great and very knowledgeable.

One of my Missouri’s Own Peach Gummies only had 6 pieces total when it was supposed to have 10 pieces. The rest of my order was correct and accounted for, just not sure why or how a sealed package was missing 4 edibles.

I don't think I could ever find anything I dislike. This is my favorite dispensary hands down. it's not even close to my house but I make the drive anyways. Everyone, and I mean everyone, who works here is super friendly and welcoming. The amazing staff makes the whole process super comfortable which to me is huge. I wouldn't spend my money anywhere else!

The staff was friendly and helpful but not overwhelming with the salesmanship. The atmosphere was light and friendly. They had a great selection of products. The prices weren't outrageous, but as usual with the dispensaries, they could definitely come down some. I like the charitable aspect of the business, they support the last prisoner project and always seem to have a drive going for some other cause as well. One of my preferred places to shop for sure.
