Fue mi primera y última visita. Desde que entras la idea de poner tu nombre, # de paciente con tu número de teléfono en una lista que todo el que entra tiene acceso no me parece un proceso que cumpla con la ley HIPPA. El empleado del counter que entiendo era el guardia de seguridad no sabía nada y tampoco hizo el gesto de buscar un empleado para hacerme la venta de un VAPORIZADOR. Cuando pase adentro solo había sativa y tres cepas, preguntó por ofertas y me dice que no tenían ofertas y que por la escasez de flor habían subido los precios...

Good and safe place to shop, near a mall. Waiting time is over 40 minutes even when empty. Extremely slow. Their manager Stephany is the worst, she’s the slowest and if shes the one dispensing the meds she’ll be hurrying you. She doesn’t know anything about the industry and costumer service. Seem she forgets she in dispensing medicine to patients. Not profesional at all, made super uncomfortable and not welcome. Also, shes always complaining and talking about patients to other patients (HIPA).

El trato fue con respeto pero pobre. La persona que me atendió no me orientó nada aún sabiendo que era mi primera vez. Ese día tenían una entrega creo que quizás por eso no recibí la orientación de manera correcta
