Garden Remedies Marlborough: Med + Adult-use

Horrible customer service. Rude for the sake of being rude. I’ve been a faithful customer since they opened in Medford MA. After moving to western MA, I drove over an hour to the closest GR. There have been product and Medwell (advertising partner) issues over the years. These were always resolved immediately in the nicest way possible. Not today’s visit. I just kept asking to check out, it was that bad. They seem to have forgotten this is a customer service business. The discount is not worth it. I will not return. Dispensaries with the same or better product are on every block.

My experience with garden remedies my first experience with garden remedies was a few years ago. I was a little nervous about going into a new Dispensary, but the young gentleman helped me very nicely. He made suggestions. I had a new Medical marijuana card. It was my first experience being in this kind of a facility he made it very easy and make sure I got the proper discount with my new Medical marijuana card and offered me a card to get it punched every time I went into the store for at least four visits. It was an awesome Kind experience. It is always quite clean and atmosphere absolutely wonderful people. There are very friendly and kind always willing to go the extra mile this is always a place to make my experience with them very pleasurable. Thank you very much. I get this store 100% absolutely five star rating. I would suggest them to anyone. As a long-standing patron of Garden Remedies since its opening at this location, I've had the pleasure of experiencing its convenience, friendly atmosphere, and excellent product selection. However, recent changes to their point system have left me disappointed and disillusioned. Despite the great prices, wonderful staff, and quality products, the decision to replace the previous point system and wipe out all accumulated points feels like a loss of recognition for loyal customers like myself. While I understand the need for adjustments, the abrupt removal of rewards for frequent patrons is disheartening. Although I still recommend Garden Remedies for its offerings, I cannot overlook the disparity in rewards between medical patients and the general population. As someone who once frequented the establishment, I now feel compelled to explore alternative options that value and reward customer loyalty more equitably. In closing, while Garden Remedies remains a viable choice for one-off purchases, I caution against relying on it for consistent rewards or recognition as a loyal customer. It's my hope that my feedback, and that of others, may prompt a reconsideration of their loyalty program to better serve all customers in the future.

I love this company I am such a true loyal customer. Nicole,Melissa, G,Hudson and Mr energy (he knows who he is lol) are beyond amazing. They literally make you feel like family and the warm welcome feeling they give you every time you come in you just can’t beat. I am also so very pleased and happy to know that every dollar I spend in there store I gain loyalty points because of my loyalty to there company they recognize it by giving us products from there store using your loyalty points. I have a received candles, lighters, and smell proof products and bags all with my loyalty points!!
