gLeaf - Frederick

First visit and the last, doesn't seem to be the real real , mostly thca which has been legal since 2018 farm bill. Quite the let down

I like their deals and their product is pretty good, but almost every time I go there I stand in line for half an hour to an hour or more.

rise shut down for a day and it gave me a chance to drive the Frederick it was a little bit farther for me from where I'm coming from.. but I think I found a new favorite dispensary... they treated me great there they were really friendly and eager to help me select the strain I wanted based off of my medical issues..

Morgan helped me today. She is very knowledgeable and made ma feel very comfortable. I was $2.00 short in cash and I was going to get more money out of the ATM, but she said NO I got ya and she took $2 out of her tip jar. She didn’t need to do that but I appreciate that she did. I feel bad I couldn’t leave a tip as I always do. Next time I hope to get Morgan again so I can give her a proper tip!

I don't what was going on in 2021 with the delivery in these reviews, but the service has been easy and convenient and they keep you in the loop each step of the way. I live 30 min away and they still come out for me. I only use RSO and quality is never an issue with that. I cannot speak on flower. Now, going there in person, you're probably gonna have to wait. That's why they get 4 stars on the atmosphere.

This was another great trip to gLeaf! Thanks to the friendly staff I was able to get in and out with my desired products. Morgan helped me today, who was great. She applied my discounts without any questions. Thanks people!

No One answers the phone ,Pickup or Delivery. Called called called called called and f,ING called .Still waiting on my Delivery

awful, never even got product there way of managing clients waiting is open door for line cutting try green goods they figured out how to do this quick efficient

I think that the people at gleaf are amazing - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Products have been hit or miss for me lately. I’ve bought flower that was so stale and dry that it was like dust when ground up. I’ve also had cartridges that have been defective. I understand that this industry can’t exactly provide refunds, so that means I have to be able to depend on the products that come out the door or I am wasting money and living in pain until I can afford to get more. ☹️

Legit the worst delivery service I’ve ever used. They suggested I come in which I ask then why would I use your delivery service?Then they send an email saying everything was delivered and nothing was delivered. Can’t get through on the phones to talk either. Avoid delivery at all costs

New patient. I originally ordered for delivery and ended up picking up instead. The staff was very nice and accomodating. The facility was clean, orderly, and optimized for service during COVID-19. The flower I bought (1/8 oz. of Royal Wedding Cake) is extremely dry but it smokes well. I am not sure if this is an issue with storage at gLeaf or a purposeful process for shelf life.

Horribly run dispensary do not go here. Supposed to be “medical” cannabis but has mold and powdery mildew?

I ordered medicine for my sick wife before they even opened using their online ordering page. Order acknowledgement received in the morning. I get a call close to 2pm saying sorry no delivery - too busy for you. Well, good-bye to you as well. This is not a dispensary - profit comes before patient care.

I love the customer service I receive from Eugene every time ! The prices are unbeatable with free delivery on top of that. Hands down love this place and the people who work here. highly recommended shopping here. I’ve even referred all my friends and family and they love it too !

The people who work there could not be nicer! They were super patient and so helpful on my first visit where I had no idea what I was doing. I keep going back because their discount on different days of the week are great, Curbside is so easy and I’ve never waited longer than 5-10 minutes for someone to come out. Also, so so friendly!

The security guard there did not practice social distancing or wear a mask. He had a mask around his neck, but what good does that do? I have a poor immune system due to treatment and I know I'm not the only one. I was very uncomfortable that I was put into a small room with this individual.

First time going and I immediately was comfortable to go back. Curbside was easy and fast. Flowers were quality. There was a little smoke area outside and I think that was cool.

I love you all, but why did you stop posting THC levels of flower????? I'm just going to have to call you first before ordering which creates more work for you. ✌💛💚💙✌

The best priced quality strains in the area hands down. Staff is knowledgable and can answer my questions about best bud types for certain issues. Due to covid I haven't been inside yet, but the bud is top tier across the different strains I bought and tried. Great 20% off 1st time patient discount. Also good deal of 1/2 oz for $160 on mondays.

Great service. Not super into gLeaf products though. Wish you would start carrying MPX!
