My ratings are so low for service because of my recent experience. I loved GL, and there have never been any delays or confusion for me when ordering until now, and the staff did not handle it well at all. It took 50+ minutes of confusion to place my order, over an hour if you count the phone calls I made prior to arriving. I arrived for curbside PICKUP, and realized on my own that my online order hadn’t gone through. A budtender happened to walk up to my window when I pulled up as I was reordering on my phone, and recommended that I do FULL SERVICE curbside rather than resubmitting my PICKUP order as the latter would take longer and push me back in the queue. So, I texted the curbside number immediately as instructed by the budtender (who said I just need to text the same curbside pickup number I’ve used in the past and say that I’d like to place a full service curbside order. No other details as far as what info they will need for Full service, so I assumed my name and total would be taken/calculated after checking my card and ordering.) Well, whoever is behind the phones today rudely responded, with back to back texts such as “Name??? Cash??? Card?? We need to know these exact things.” They basically were rudely asking for more information that I didn’t know I needed to provide for FULL SERVICE, but I complied without complaint thinking “oh They’re probably super busy, nbd.” It was taking a little long, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was closing time. 30 minutes late I texted the curbside number again about the unusual wait, because even on busier days it has never taken this long. I was then told via text that the wait was my fault for “taking too long” to provide order details even though the budtender who gave me instructions when I pulled up did not inform me of all of the Info I was supposed to provide for a full service curbside order. Regardless though, from the time I actually did send all of the necessary details, it still took over 30 minutes to get my order and I watched ALL of the other patients pull up, order, and leave without an issue and within about 10 minutes per car. I was the last one to leave at like 8:20 PM and I got there before 7:30. To make things even worse, when the budtender finally came out, he had my order and total wrong. No fault to him personally, but that was the cherry on top of this bad experience for me. There was one time a few months back where they actually skipped my curbside order mistakenly, and gave me a discount for the extra 20 min I had to wait when I didn’t even mind or ask for it. That was wonderful service!This time, not only was no compensation offered, but the staff seemed very apathetic and dismissive. I just think it’s incredibly rude to blame a continued customer for an unusual wait, especially for the amount of money I spend at this dispensary. I am very am disappointed and not sure if I’ll be back.

Fantastic delivery service can’t find anywhere else that has 15$ eighths right to your door anywhere in the state. I even got a call from someone named Devin to confirm my order

Devin was such a great help the other day. When purchasing the select go .3 cartridges I was unaware they needed a special battery but Devin said since I purchased more than two he was happy to give me one for free, thank you!

Made my first trip inside in well over a year and the place is fantastic also had the pleasure to meet Austin and I could not be happier. Austin was awesome very informative.

Placed my order for pick up and was really thankful Brad was able to find a couple of the last 8ths on sale for me. Once I arrived Ricky provided me with great and quick customer service!

I invested in a bunch of pre rolls here and was very disappointed that NONE of them hit right. After wasting one Pre roll and getting barely any inhale, I ended up breaking down the pre rolls for the flower. Not what I wanted. I also don’t like how when I get SunMed pre rolls at other shops it comes with 2 and here the SunMed prerolls came with only 1. Also I usually seen SunMed pre rolls with raw paper and these did not use Raw. Overall not going back here - I’ve never had issues with pre rolls at other dispensaries like I did here. Employee was excellent though :)

Love the energy that gold leaf puts out. Emily was super kind and helpful with answering some questions over the phone before I arrived. When I got to the back I was assisted by Zach who helped me pick out a great few options for the price point I was looking for. Overall great visit! Thanks again :)

Came in for the amazing deals today as Jonah navigated me through the menu, I could tell he knew what he was talking about. I also had to stop by aroma for some new glass. Y’all need to check this out!! Best selection of accessories and plus my man nate had all the info on everything I needed. Will definitely be here more often for my needs!!

I love my bud tender Cori!!! She’s so sweet always have the best recommendations for me!!! Customer service is amazing!!! She knows my car so by the time I’m putting down the window shes screaming Ms. Powe!!!! How’s it going!?? That seriously makes my day, shows she really cares and pays attention to her customers. Came in for a quick visit and Devan helped me out with great enthusiasm. I also had a blast checking out the gallery! I didn’t know such fine pieces of art existed. Nate walked me through and showed me around.

Every time I walk in, everyone is always so cheerful and upbeat. Everyone seems to love their job and it shows in their customer service! Nate was very knowledgeable at the glass section and Devan did a great job of getting me in and out the store in a timely manner.

Shout out to Brad for helping me place my order over the phone, even bigger thank you to Jonah for making my day with his upbeat and professional demeanor!

The curbside service provided by this location is phenomenal. Parker and Mary have always been super helpful when I call in with some questions about my order. When I finally do arrive I always feel welcomed as I’m greeted with a smile. Some of the bud tenders I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by were Hannah, Brad and Ricky. The best prices with great personalities is what keeps me coming back!
