never have any medical size doses of edibles. they don't have stock of stuff but leave it on their Leafly for people to waste time and go down there only to walk away empty handed. I e. they were out of any medical size wana products on a special promotion day but yet still on Leafly l, 3 Rd time in 2 weeks this happened to me. bullshit lazy

#1 complaint is that this dispensary has never been Patient-Centric. Y'all (Harvest, not the staff) couldn't care any less about what the patients need - example: you dont sell grams and just got pre rolls back in. You sell prepackaged 1/8's for $50. Deli style for 50 is outdated with the competition this valley has & finally you aren't diligent enough to maintain any menu (Leafly or your Website) with up-to-date product so pre-ordering isn't an option for everyone. Quality is poor! Very dry buds, pre rolls are practically kief so they resin up and dont burn and the potency of your products (% THC) that's advertised can NOT be correct - never lives up to it. Personally; I get headaches after smoking some of your flower, idk if its chemical washing in your grow process or just the heavy chemicals in the ingredient lists. I don't recommend this place to anyone who isn't just out to smoke just anything medical and really has specific preferences, ailments or other physical needs for Medical Marijuana, they have no interest in patient compassion - only profit! Please - staff ... make this place a more inviting & competitive place for local patients. im tired of driving 10-20 miles to get real medicine.

I’m not going to lie, the prices here really aren’t great at all. There aren’t really any deals compared to other dispensaries but I keep coming back because if Rei and Javier! The best budtenders in arizona ! They make every transaction easy and they know a lot! Quite actually the only reason i still shop at any harvest. i love the staff here but the prices aren’t great.

I ordered a cartridge online for pickup, and when I got here I waited my turn in line. When it was my turn an employee cut in front of me and started ordering for himself. Then proceeded to have a 15-20 minute conversation with his coworkers at the pick up window. I was upset, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

What I didn’t like it’s too far away…

Harvest-Avondale is my favorite dispensary to visit, because, the people, product, and atmosphere are always on point. A charming, unique dispensary located in the desert, you’ll need a ride to get there. The Budtenders are always courteous & knowledgeable. They carry the best growers (Alien Labs, Connected, Shango, etc.) & brands (Abundant Organics, DRIP, Item9, etc.) for reasonable prices ($60ish/eighth, 1g cart; $30-40ish/1g concentrate). Not a big building, it’s comfortable, they play good music, and never rush you. I’m so glad they’re my home dispensary.

I’m literally so grateful for Fran , she’s a ray of sunshine and informed me of the points i had stacking on my account which lead to me getting $40 off ( so my purchase was free) it made my whole day ! Best way to start the weekend <3

First time here and It was one of the best experiences I've had..Tiffany was my budtender and can I say she was awesome.

Whole dispo is Ass. Nothing ever is in stock always canceling online orders with no explanation. You guys spend your money somewhere else where the dispos care about their product and customer service. DONT SPEND IT HERE

When you push online ordering and state " all items online are in stock." on your voice recording that is what i expect. I do not expect to put in and order start heading that way then get a text canceling my order with no call or any customer service. Sad state of affairs how your dispensary is treating the medical community after we have held you down for years. Do better.

Online ordering takes way too long, from the time you order to the time it takes to get a pick up notification.

Well I placed an online order at 9:30 Saturday morning. I called at 1:30pm to see if my order was ready, guy said that it wasn’t but it’ll be done before they close at 8pm. Waited all day and all day today (Sunday) and I never received a text or call. From other reviews of this place on here and Yelp I will never buy from here. You can’t tell me you are so busy to serve your customers. I’m a medical patient and when I need my meds I expect them within a reasonable time. You lost my business and I’ll tell everyone I know to go somewhere else.

First, after I placed an online order, I waited for three hours before I called myself to confirm it was ready. I was told, “it’s all packed up and ready! “But after driving 20 minutes to get there, I was told they hadn’t had what I ordered in over two weeks, so they just put a bunch of random eighths in my bag. WTF kinda business is this? Thanks for wasting my time!

Great service

I've gone to Harvest for a couple years, but recently the prices have gone sky-high compared to other stores. Paying $55, and even more, for an 1/8th is more than most places.

Placed order online at 5:40 pm an they closed at 8. They cancelled my order at 7:55 smh
