What I like about Grass Roots was that not only was the staff very helpful, hearing about their experiences with cannabis products helped me delve into a part of cannabis. That new part was edibles. I purchased the Huckleberry Wyld gummies and they gave me the best high I received in a while. Thank you Grass Roots SF!!!!!

Love this place, love the budtenders.

They have good variety of high end product. You can easily find flower in the high 20% THC range and a lot of selection for edibles and co2 catridges. The decor is pretty classy and the budtenders are very knowledgeable.

Wasn't really impressed. Prices are really high, no place to medicate yourself inside. Flowers are nothing special, only price. It’s low average dispensary with hi class club prices without visible reasons.

I've been coming here quite awhile now it's close to work and I visit frequently at my lunch hour. The bartenders knowledge is lacking intensely . If given the chance to wait for one of their insanely friendly FEMALE tenders do so. Not trying to be sexist here but I've just noticed from experience that the male tenders here are awful. Their verbiage isn't there they seem to be unsure about about a lot . Customer service isn't that great. I'm happy when I come to buy my meds or in pain so bed side manor is greatly appreciated and is recognized greatly . S and P (hope I'm spelling it right) are fantastic at their job . And will answer any question I have based on how I want to feel from my medicine. The neighborhood is a little sketch and parking can be hard but it's a little tender nobby or on the verge at least .

Incredible selection, the bottom shelf here is top shelf. Quick and easy to setup membership, service is very efficient. That said, it's all business here which is great but made me feel rushed my first time here.

I really like this shop. Good security and comfortable setup. The female consultants are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Decent selection but not the best. The ambience is pretty cool but its basically in tenderloin. The flower quality is mid-tier but they have some good extracts and edibles.

come here as a last resort. weed is typically months old and dry.

Updating review. They used to show a lot of love and compassion here, which compensated for the higher than normal prices. Rewards system could be better. The staff seems to not know what's going on, but at least they are honest about it and not making stuff up.

Really enjoyed the upscale speakeasy decor and vibe. Fun place I will definitely return to. Great menu folder made it feel like a restaurant. Top notch bud and very knowledgeable budtender, Jordan, and check-in staff. Many products didn't have the lab analysis (THC%) on the tags, which I'm used to in the East Bay dispensaries I visit. Neighborhood block felt a bit sketchy but it is downtown SF.

I believe it has a great location. The overall experience was awesome , im going to tell all my friends .

LOVED my first visit here. I was disappointed that despite what their website says, they no longer accept debit cards. I had to end up using the ATM. Other than that, everything was awesome. Easy check-in and a beautiful premium looking store. It's in a bit of a sketch location, so that street to inside transition is amazing. everything is beautiful wood with several stations for customers and budtender. The line was out the door at 10pm. My BT was GREAT! He was full of recommendations and even steered me away from a strain with just a so-so batch. It's a close shop to family and I'll be visiting again for sure when I'm in town. I got a free top-shelf Preroll and a discount for being former military... in SF. Cant wait to come back and further explore

This place is super friendly and inviting. They have some extremely high end flowers here and then still nice quality on the value side. Most budtenders are very friendly and have good recommendations.

The location is the only problem with this dispensary. I didn't feel safe while walking with my herb as the neighborhood had some unsavory friends out and about. But... The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I got a free hat on my first visit. Be aware they are a cash only dispensary. They do have an ATM on site for use. Herb and edibles are good. They have pipes as well.

Not bad. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It's a bit dark for my liking. They've been out of stock too often to be a reliable source for me - particularly with a few of their edibles. Definitely a solid spot if it's nearby.

Super friendly, knowledgable staff. Each have their own ideas and its fun to talk with them about new strains. Little bummed its cash only, but they have an ATM on site, and they have great deals.
