Green Earth Collective - Granada Hills

I am extremely disappointed with Green Earth Collective. I’ve repeatedly purchased their "Moonland" carts, among others, and encountered the same issues: clogged, not burning properly, and stopping towards the end. Despite their assurances, the replacements have the same problems. Shockingly, employees admitted that they sell old, expired carts from their inventory to make a profit. This practice not only fails to meet the Cannabis Control Bureau’s standards but also raises serious safety concerns. If they’re selling old carts just to make money, I fear they might also be neglecting product safety regarding chemicals and pesticides. Avoid this dispensary if you value quality and safety.

super helpful and engaging staff. new to the area so they don’t carry some of the brands i normally go for so i’m still getting used to the cart selection. will continue to visit. :)

Horrible customer service! I have been a frequent regular for a little while now and it just blows me away how easy it is for for the workers to disregard you. Just recently was the last straw i came in 6 or more minutes before closing and they had already locked the doors and refused service even though they had a sign on the door that CLEARLY states closing hours. I only needed one item. If you want to close early then change your hours! Dont waste your customers time and money! If i knew they wanted to close early then i would've made sure to go somewhere else instead of wasting my time and gas! If you want to close early then change your hours to 9:45 like other places! I work hard and plenty of other people do too and would've been just as frustrated as me after a long hard day at work! Ridiculous, just lost a regular customer.

Visited establishment about 2 wks ago. Very clean, friendly atmosphere and has what I like in stock👍. I'm going there now to see my guy Spenser (with an 'S').
