Green Goods - Baltimore

I would rather purchase a dime bag of weed in a dark West Baltimore alley than purchase anything from Green Goods. Great employees. Very professional and knowledgeable but I’ll never return. I have been a loyal customer for over a year at Green Goods and in the past, I have always spoke very highly of them until today. Since I have been supporting this business there were always daily sales until today, July 1st. This is an example of CORPORATE GREED at its best. They have totally forgotten about the customers that made their business successful and are only worried about cashing in on the day weed is made legal in Maryland. Very Disappointed Green Goods. YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER!!! I hope your business practices are reflected in your sales!!

I am slightly handicapped. I need a walker to get around. When I go to green goods the staff is quick to assist me with opening doors, patience with a pleasant attitude as if nothing is too much trouble. They smile and wish me well. A great experience all around

Ever since Maryland fully legalized, the quality of this place has dropped dramatically. The friendly staff that once worked here is gone, replaced by cold individuals that just want to move the line along. The line that they make you wait outside the building in. The one thats in the sun during 90+ days. Then they have one person working the pre-order lane and then four registers for non pre-orders. They also advertise curbside pickup when you pre-order, but they don't offer it. Their prices are higher than usual, and with such poor quality and service, you can get much better, literally on the same street. There's another dispensary down the road. Go there instead.

So my boyfriend who’s my caregiver was there today 2/14/2022 to get my medical. First time ever shopping there as the place used to be CCM. While he was there he was questioned why couldn’t I make it in but in a very rude manner. We’ll obviously if he’s my caregiver there’s a reason I can’t make it in. I’m blind, don’t drive & he works long hard days so if it’s easier for him to pick it up on his way home rather than come pick me up and take me! It’s definitely a turn off about the service there.

Today was the first time Green goods did not honor the prices on their website. It is a huge disappointment that they are price gouging this way! ☹️ Ever since recreational cannabis has been legalized, most dispensaries have not been operating well and their workers are extremely stressed. I’m sure the supply/demand has changed but it should not reflect your prices. I have been a customer for sometime now, but I’m not sure I’ll be back after my experience today. 😪

Absolute terrible customer service. They have people waiting outside with no direction whatsoever and then everyone who has a pre order which should be faster there is only one line for inside and only one person on the register yet there are employees in the back just sitting waiting for walk ins. The person checking people in and the security guard were extremely rude and were not helpful in any manner, just sat there laughing. Will not be returning to this dispensary, I’ll go to health for life where they treat people with respect.

I think it is really easy especially when u pre-order the place has a great atmosphere and very polite employees.

Very respectful & polite staff. No loud music and no overly high and/or extra bubbly staff. Prices are a tad high but overall decent experience-did not disappoint. Will be going back in the future.

honestly I feel there prices are high compared to shops alil farther away. 1937 stands up for a good reason but there products are highly overpriced and quality is seriously lacking. was really hoping Verona was buying as was wanting to see the 1937 taken off the shelves and replaced with better quality. everytime I look at the site I'm hoping for some good deals and everytime it's a let down. what Dundalk really need is competition. untill then I guess I'll keep hitting 695 and getting better prices along with better quality.

was refused once for no reason as medical patient, the lady claimed my license was expired but i literally went to a different dispensary the same day down the street and they took me as normal and it took a lot less time, the prices suck and they never have any good deals and the thc content is lackluster at best. You'd be better off at anywhere else getting weed.

Fastest dispensary in the area with a wide variety of products!

They say they close at 9pm I show up on crutches with my medical card at 8:35 and the security guard with a smile on his face says “you didn’t place an online order between 8:30-845 you can’t come in and shuts the door in my face. I will gladly go to the places in baltimore with staff that actually like their job. Don’t support this place!

New Dispensary, opened this past Friday. Worth the trip. Flower smoker only. Excellent selection, especially since New Store. Great discount offered for First 3 visits: 150$ minimum for product gets you 50$ off. Bought 3 eighths of Afternoon Delight 34% at 60$ per. My 180 w/discount was $130. A bargain. Ample parking, right off 695. Nice layout. Budtender Ally was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Second time here, I made an online pickup order being told my price would be $85. I get to the dispensery and I'm told no that the price was $100. That's false advertising for the price. That dispensery also has lost a medical patient as well. I came to them because of the price that was quoted. And when I brought up the price difference nothing was done and I was still charged the $100.
