I had a very disappointing experience at this dispensary. Their advertising is misleading – I saw $8 rosin advertised, but once I arrived (after driving four hours), I was told it was actually $36. When I got to the store with 15 minutes before close, I was made to stand around until the last five minutes, only to be treated with disrespect when I asked to adjust my order. The staff member was dismissive, made excuses, and ultimately refused to assist me properly. What makes this worse is that I called ahead and was told they were very busy and likely wouldn’t close until around 9:20, but as long as I arrived before 9 I would be fine. That was not the case. Instead of good customer service, I left empty-handed after wasting hours of my time. The next day, I called back in hopes of resolving the issue and arranging to come with more time, but was told I would have to wait for a manager to call me back. After already wasting over seven hours on this situation, I’m still left without a resolution. My time is valuable, and this dispensary showed no respect for it. With so many dispensaries available – many of which are willing to price match and actually value their customers – I cannot recommend this location.

i LOVE this place. it’s my one and only stop when i visit Menominee. the staff is always incredibly kind and helpful, usually chatty too! always good advice on what to get if you tell them what you’re looking for. so SO kind. and they let me bring my pup in (: the girl with the purple hair is definitely my favorite employee. so nice, so knowledgeable, so kind, so helpful! i wish i knew her name!!!! anyways, best dispensary EVER!! so damn many amazing deals. don’t ever listen to the bad reviews i’ve been going here since they opened in 2024 and idk if i could ever go elsewhere.

I preordered two hours before I got there and was in line for almost an hour just to find out they never made my order. Knowing they had a line out of the door they should have had two lines one for online orders one for in store orders. Four older ladies were able to utilize moving between three registers for over an hour by just having one of them run their order to the car instead of having to get back in line. And another old man doing the same thing on the other end except he himself was allowed to leave and just come back in and skip th line. Then the budtender next to the one who helped me had a slick rude mouth because the line was getting fed up with watching 4 out of the 6-7 registers being held up with a full lobby and sales floor. A simple fix would’ve been to have dedicated lines and registers to keep the flow going.
