Green Pharm - Menominee

I preordered two hours before I got there and was in line for almost an hour just to find out they never made my order. Knowing they had a line out of the door they should have had two lines one for online orders one for in store orders. Four older ladies were able to utilize moving between three registers for over an hour by just having one of them run their order to the car instead of having to get back in line. And another old man doing the same thing on the other end except he himself was allowed to leave and just come back in and skip th line. Then the budtender next to the one who helped me had a slick rude mouth because the line was getting fed up with watching 4 out of the 6-7 registers being held up with a full lobby and sales floor. A simple fix would’ve been to have dedicated lines and registers to keep the flow going.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dispensary. Their advertising is misleading – I saw $8 rosin advertised, but once I arrived (after driving four hours), I was told it was actually $36. When I got to the store with 15 minutes before close, I was made to stand around until the last five minutes, only to be treated with disrespect when I asked to adjust my order. The staff member was dismissive, made excuses, and ultimately refused to assist me properly. What makes this worse is that I called ahead and was told they were very busy and likely wouldn’t close until around 9:20, but as long as I arrived before 9 I would be fine. That was not the case. Instead of good customer service, I left empty-handed after wasting hours of my time. The next day, I called back in hopes of resolving the issue and arranging to come with more time, but was told I would have to wait for a manager to call me back. After already wasting over seven hours on this situation, I’m still left without a resolution. My time is valuable, and this dispensary showed no respect for it. With so many dispensaries available – many of which are willing to price match and actually value their customers – I cannot recommend this location.

Coming up from Milwaukee I preordered over 500.00 worth of Rosin and went to pick it up the following day traveling over 400 miles round trip only to find when I got home they gave me the wrong strain! I drove that far specifically for THAT strain so when I got home and saw that, I called them and they gave me some cock and bull story about how the order came through on their end as something else. NO IT DIDN'T I checked my order on my account and it shows the proper strain listed. I think AFTER i placed my order they went ahead and sold all of the strain I had ALREADY ordered so instead of losing a presale they just through any old strain in the bag hoping no one would check. What was their solution to THEIR fuck up? A 25.00 credit on a 500.00 order, what a joke. This ain't a 10.00 Macdonald's happy meal order you fucked up, that doesn't even cover my gas! My last trip I dropped over 2500.00 at their store but never again!

i LOVE this place. it’s my one and only stop when i visit Menominee. the staff is always incredibly kind and helpful, usually chatty too! always good advice on what to get if you tell them what you’re looking for. so SO kind. and they let me bring my pup in (: the girl with the purple hair is definitely my favorite employee. so nice, so knowledgeable, so kind, so helpful! i wish i knew her name!!!! anyways, best dispensary EVER!! so damn many amazing deals. don’t ever listen to the bad reviews i’ve been going here since they opened in 2024 and idk if i could ever go elsewhere.

So further to my review earlier where I was given the wrong product and only became aware of after driving 125 miles home. I called and talked to a manager. Young fellow kept calling me buddy. Said he’d give me a $16 credit for their mistake that cost me $80. Well ol’ buddy, I won’t be back. There’s lots of dispensaries. Maybe other places have more competent staff and better service. Pfft.

I have been to the green pharm in Menominee several times. I have always enjoyed my interactions and gained so much knowledge with their bud tender Elijah. I am an older retiree with arthritis and insomnia, Elijah was so welcoming ,very patient with my lack of knowledge and so easy to talk to. I left feeling not only more educated on products that have helped me dramatically, but genuinely enjoyed going in and talking with them. Great job Elijah grandma approved! 👏

Ashley was the best owner/manager I’ve ever dealt with at a dispensary. Extremely down to earth and honest about the products she’s selling. Very knowledgeable and you can tell she wants the customers to leave happy. Top tier employees- better than any other dispensary around this area.

We stopped in yesterday, because my wife has a muscle pain in her upper back and we were looking for a topical. Steph H. was the young lady who assisted us. She was very nice, helpful explaining the many different options and how each worked and giving us her opinion on each was very , very helpful. She also took the time to answer our questions and was very professional made our first time visit there pleasant will definitely go back and work with her again.

Damian was way cool I'll definitely come back. He was very profitable and laid back!!

Very cool place. Sandra the budtender was awesome and really helpful. The vibe there is relaxed and there's no pressure. Sandra took time to show me a few different strains, which I appreciated. They had a strain that a friend recommended and that's what I purchased. I am currently sitting here super baked and really happy with my visit.

Great prices. Damien is very patient and knowledgeable. The store and selection is amazing.
