Green Releaf Weed Dispensary Moberly

Very disappointed. The employees there are not professional and always seem to not want to work. I put in on an online order an hour and a half before they closed and I drove 30 minutes to the dispensary to pick it up. I admit I was pushing it which I don't normally do but I pulled up at 7:51 pm. Got there before 8:00 and the receptionist proceeded to tell me that they can't see me because by the time they got me on the floor, it could be past 8:00pm and they can't do transactions after 8:00pm. Which I understand and I completely agree with and have no problem with. I was clearly in the building before 8:00 p.m or she wouldn't have told me that in the first place, not mention it was an online order so it was supposed to be ready for me to just pick up, but was also told they never received my order, then I showed her my confirmation, and she still insisted that they never received the order. Long story short, the receptionist was rude, she deliberately takes up all this time to explain how it's getting close to closing time and continuously taking up more time going on about them closing soon,and this elaborated explanation about by the time I'd get on the floor it, it might be past 8:00 pm and no transactions are done past then, putting more effort into trying to avoid doing her work. I'm very disappointed in this dispensary. This is not the first time that I've had to deal with this them closing early or not waiting on customers up till the time that they say that they are open till and the customer service is not friendly compared to all the other green reliefs that I have been to been to. The green relief in Mexico, Missouri is much better than Moberly's and I'm speaking to my terms as far as distance it goes from me. I also haven't had any problems with the green relief in Columbia. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and gave them more than one chance and every time it was a different person denying my service. NEVER will I do business with this particular Green Relief dispensary again

My experience with Green Releaf, through my boyfriend’s employment there, has been incredibly disappointing and concerning. The company acted in an unprofessional and unethical manner, terminating him and another employee based on unfounded rumors started by a toxic coworker. Despite reporting the issue through the proper channels, my boyfriend was wrongfully terminated shortly afterward—clearly a retaliatory action rather than a fair and transparent resolution. It’s deeply troubling to see a workplace allow baseless gossip to dictate personnel decisions instead of valuing truth, professionalism, and employee well-being. Green Releaf’s handling of this situation reflects a serious lack of accountability and integrity in their management practices. I hope they take a hard look at how they treat their team members. It’s alarming to see a company allow gossip and favoritism to influence serious employment decisions. This kind of environment is not only unprofessional but also damaging to employee morale and trust. Would not recommend this workplace to anyone seeking a fair, supportive, or ethical job environment.

Would recommend ANY other Dispensary for medical use. This particular one, medical card patent discounts only apply on "Medical Monday's". Im not sure what the point of me paying for a medical card, if Im only being treated like a patient 1 day on the week. From what I can tell other GR locations in the area dont this. I have fibromyalgia, hEDS, GERD, and POTS; and now I will have to go to anouther dispensary farther away so I can be treated as a medical patient. If you have a medical card I would recommend the same. Its very disappointing considering ive been going to this location for a long while and have gotten to know the employees well. Unless they change it Ill go from being a regular to hardly going at all.

The budtenders and staff make this easily the best dispo trip in MO. Ashley is so knowledgeable and helpful and every other budtender is always so kind. The managers Justus, Shannon, Nichole, and Maddy are amazing. The vibe is always so friendly. Favorite dispensary around.

The employees that work at moberlys green relief are wonderful people. They always smile .take there time to make sure your happy. I just love going to my green relief store.

(Just clicked on stars randomly. This is about website; I haven't visited. See explanation to follow.) I'm finding it really hard to shop in MO---. Have been shopping in Quincy, and you go to the menu page, and every vape cartridge (other products, too, but that's what I'm shopping for) have the ratio of THC-CBD right on that page. It'll say, 35.3% THC, 37.7% CBD, etc. Since I know I need to have a ratio that is close to 1 to 1, 2 to 1, etc., I can easily pick the cartridges I want before I go to the store. Here, on the other hand, I look at the menu and it does not tell the ratio, so I click on "details," and often, I still can't find it. Seeing something like 35% THC is no help at all because it's the ratio that makes it work for me, not the percentage. If there is some way this gets back to either of the Moberly dispensaries, I hope they'll take note and put right on the first page with the description, because for people shopping for medical marijuana, the ratio of THC to CBD is vitally important. Hate to have to drive to Columbia (they have the ratios listed online) because I can't pick what I need online here in Moberly, but hey--- Thanks for consideration. So, please, guys? Thanks.

This is a very nice strain, although I give it 3 stars because it contains seeds. Anyone that's new to medical marijuana wouldn't know to look for seeds, I'm sure they are just grinding them up and wondering why the smoke is so harsh.

These people here in my opinion are the best I’ve been in quite a few medical marijuana shops and this one tops at all they are really polite knowledgeable don’t Rush you!!!
