I've been here three times so far, purchasing pre-rolled joints by Monkey Grass Farms, Zoots shots, and a Rif vape pen. I received friendly and informative service and was greatly pleased with these products. Green Theory now offers price-matching, making it overwhelmingly the best choice for Eastside buyers.

Nice shop, but the prices are outrageous. The selection is comparible to other shops, so I make the bit of a drive to Bothell to get the same product for half the price.

I really love the Factoria green-theory location for a lot of reasons. They have a huge selection, the quality and options are awesome,and the deals are the best! I make a point to come to this shop, which is 15 to 20 minutes out of my way, because of how much I love Kelly and RJ. Every time I walk in the door and see Kelly she just puts a smile on my face instantly. And RJ has never steered me wrong and is always so on point with his recommendations and reviews. The staff can make or break anyone's expierence!!

Friendly, knowledgeable, easy-going staff, with a huge variety of strains! Plus, I love that they update their online menu, and list the effects of each strain!

Can you list your THC content for each strain? Many others do list THC, very helpful and to be honest I would not even consider a trip to your store without being able to see the THC on leafly Thanks

Unfriendly but knowledgable

This is my go-to shop! Autumn was my budtender & did an excellent job explaining the various items & specials. I've been to Green Theory 4x (whenever I fly into WA) & always have a great experience. Staff is helpful & fun to interact with. I also enjoy that there is a female budtender every time & that the wait time is minimal (plenty of staff on hand).

This place is way overpriced! Last time I went in I asked if they had anything under twenty dollars and the answer was no. I recommend that if you live in Bellevue shop at the Novel Tree they are low priced and competitive.

Great bud, almost always a $10/g special, really talkative and helpful people, and very close to work as a bonus.

I was incorrectly informed by a ill-trained employee about the return policy. I told her a wasn't sure that the cartridges they offer are the right size or would fit in the new vape pen I just bought. She assured me I could return it if it didn't fir right. I then returned 3 days later expecting to return it, because it didn't fit, but then was told by a manger that they don't do that. He gave me no refund but only a 20 percent discount. on my next purchase...that does not make up for the $45 I spent on that cartridge. I hope they train employees better in the future.

I asked for a hard hitting indica and the budtender pointed at the display case and said, "that's fire". He went right back to looking at his phone. Thanks dog, I'm sure it is. Never going back.

I've been in a lot of different stores and everyone has always so nice and helpful.....until I came here. The gentleman that helped me was very dismissive and not at all helpful (and I didn't like the stuff he recommended at all) I was also really disappointed that the prices don't include tax. I thought I was getting a decent deal until I was charged $33 for tax. this store seems to be more pricey than any of the stores too. I will not go back, there are too many better choices around here😊

I have purchased from green-theory many times, recently I choose to get some buds from this location despite the late hour and several (closer I might add) other options available. After pulling up 10 minutes before closing, we pulled up and parked. We saw a silver car stalled and were unsure about what they were doing. As we walked up to the store, inside were two female employees, one waving us off. Usually I spend a few hundred a visit, (never less than a $100 and this can be verified by my account with them) Even though we knew exactly what we wanted ~$250 and would have been in and out before their ACTUAL closing time. Will not make the mistake of coming here while those two are working this shop. While not my #1 I will still shop at the spring district’s shop

Grrr.. if you are going to send people to your website for the most up-to-date menu, make sure it is actually up-to-date! Made the trip to Green Theory instead of my normal spot because they had a 6 pack of goodship cookies for a few bucks cheaper. Arrived to find out they didn't have the flavor that was on the menu, and it was actually higher priced than my normal place! Incredibly annoying, don't trust the menu.

Clean, welcoming, well run shop. Reasonable prices (for recreational). knowledgeable staff. parking can be a challenge. Very short wait.

Comfortable and casual. As a rookie, I felt as ease asking questions while not feeling rushed.

This is my go-to spot, and they're hands down the best in the area. The people there are genuinely nice people, and they are always quick to answer your questions or just let you browse. They always have sales going on and they've never given me a bad recommendation. What more could you ask for?

Only shop that sells and recommends a bad product (liberty reach). They ran out of $5 and I asked them to honor or do a price match down to $5 on their available product. Dude was a dick about it so I left and won't be back. Guy started he was the shift lead. $4 for a forever lost customer. Good job dumbass.

they are totally paranoid. their customer service policy is intimidation. there is no data privacy. just creepy.
