My only complaint about this place is their prices but they still are cheaper than Belmar! The quality of the bud is top notch! Some of the employees there act like there the most knowledgeable people in the world when it comes from Cannabis but the truth is somewhere in between. If you don't mind top shelf prices for pretty good quality Cannabis then this is the place for you!

I'm not sure what happened to my earlier review, so I will try again. I have been here several times wanting to like it because it's close and convenient. However, I simply cannot swallow this shop's pricing. It's $35 to $40 a gram for their cheapest stuff. One time, they were offering their most expensive stuff for a discount, which brought it down to around $30 (still 4 times what I'm used to paying). The stuff got the job done, but it was so dry that it turned to dust at the touch. Go check it out and you will see; it's like going to Barney's with the same attitude, pomp and arrogance. C'mon guys, you are dealing weed. It's not rocket science. The obscenely expensive, sterile fixtures just drive the point home of superficiality and utter lack of personality. For the record, your greeters give me the willies too.

Just came in for the first time! Bought some blue suede shoes wax and a Sasquatch Dab Bubbler which is awesome! Jason helped me out and the store and service are awesome!! Definitely coming back.

I felt like I walked into Starbucks. I can't tell you who the Budtender was because I'm pretty sure three different guys talked to me. They have a lot of lower quality bud and their higher-end stuff was only in 2g sizes when I visited. The in-and-out location may work for some people, but this place was not my style.

THEY TAKE DEBIT CARDS! I think the only one is the state the does. Very upscale. The one budtender checking IDs had an attitude but the rest of the staff was great. Signed up for an account and I got my first email today!

So many fake reviews here....lame. Went back for a 3rd time, guy didn't know anything about their concentrates. Couldn't even bother to read the labels himself. The fake reviews are pathetic though.

Really great products, large selection. I've been here a lot, and would suggest NOT going mid day so you can avoid the staff working around that time. Every time i've been in between 12 and 4pm, i've only had unpleasant experiences. I've had one employee give me a good experience during these hours. (after like 5pm the staff is really awesome, never had a bad experience with the night crew). Most of them are just plain rude, and act as if they have absolutely no interest in anything besides getting you out of their store. Asking them questions about certain strains or products is clearly an inconvenience to most of the staff i've encountered because they would much rather be talking to one another, which on multiple occasions they will be "helping" me while having a conversation with their coworker, then ask me what i just said when i ask about a strain or company's products followed by the most generic response you could think of. Anyways, I have had awesome experiences at night time going there and have had many lengthy conversations and have recieved amazing service from just about all of the staff i have been helped by. I don't mean to sound like i'm whining with this rant, but going in today further validated what I have said and was enough for me to actually create this account and make this review. Long story short: Bad day staff, awesome night staff, awesome product, awesome location.

really liked the first and third bud tenders when I visited, but didn't click with tender number two. Had a bad attitude and wouldn't get into answering open ended questions.

Great Local for me, my new Fav shop, everyone is so nice a courteous. Vendors suggested a new strain I hadn’t try it before was awesome!!!

This shop is fine, not that great tho. I'm pretty sure they paid for the good reviews through an ad service. They're not a 5 star kinda place lol. Overpriced, shortstaffed, understocked. Place is a joke. Go literally anywhere else if you can.

I love this shop (!!!!), but had an interesting experience today that made me walk out with a purchase. It just rubbed me wrong. I will be back. That is for sure. I think the new guy needs to study a little more. Plants that produce high levels of THC express genes that code for the enzyme THCA synthase. Love this store. Friendly staff and they are very helpful. The store is clean and welcoming. Parking isn't great but there is a seperate lot for extra parking if the front lot is full. They have tons of product in stock and I feel they have competitive prices for the most part. The place is very visually appealing and there is ample space to be left alone to browse. They also have a lot of glass and smoking products such as pens, filters, papers, etc so you will not have to stop at a head shop if you are new to the industry.

Monday morning first thing was my visit. Bud tenders very knowledgeable and had a great recommendation. Will defiantly be making more stops. Convenient too being it's across the street from my current job location.

Staff was friendly but only could offer different "feeling" strains but not specific ones. That was disappointing. The concentrate I bought was highest quality product I've had since becoming an enthusiast. One puff and I'm good. Good recommendations but I'd love to have been able to pick up specific strains.

Best shop in the state--no question. Soon as you walk in you notice the professional atmosphere and don't feel like you're anywhere shady. Store selection is incredibly varied and prices are best I've found and as competitive as anywhere else. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well--Ari in particular is super helpful and really knows his stuff; he gave me great recommendations on both flower and cartridges. I went out of my way to visit every shop in the Eastside/Seattle area when they all opened and this is the only place I return to regularly.

My first visit to the Factoria location, my google maps had some difficulty directing me but I finally found them tucked behind the McDonald’s. Good thing I stopped for lunch. As for the new layout, it lacks the coffee shop feel of the old store replacing it with a Factoryline display shuffling customers from one end of the store to the other. I was relieved to see they still have some topshelf growers like FireBros and Royal Tree but their selection seems mostly dominated by NWCS. Pleasantly surprised to find Joel still holding down the dayshift. He’s always treated me right!

As a regular customer here, I appreciate the kind bud-tenders and atmosphere! They have everything! When Kelly is there, she is always helpful in getting me exactly what I'm looking for! They have a great price range as well as selection.

Best store in Bellevue so far! Shoutout to chad as well! I stop by this store about 1-2 times a week and it’s very convenient and has great variety. Chad seems to be very knowledgeable and gets me in and out really quick!

My favorite shop by far. Classiest shop with and unbelievable selection and good prices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Especially the ones with a background in medical. Ari is my guy, I always ask him for the best of the best and I've yet to be disappointed!

A nice shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The prices can be a little high for the retail market but that's expected with the Bellevue area. Good variety of different types of products.

Stopped in today on my way through Bellview. so far the best iv been to. staff is super helpful,nice selection on flower. I'll be back for sure.
