Outdoor or greenhouse was a joke, ordered a oz of this & looked bad & definitely was not happy. So when ordered, would not let me see both outdoor strains ? said only what you order is what driver will bring.. But 1st time bought some was fine & driver showed 7 different strains wow

Right now we are only have one outdoor strain which is ICE. We also have no Greenhouse strains. That has been the case for the last few weeks. The reason we have our outdoor at $70 less than our premium strains is because it is outdoor. It's not going to look as good, but it will medicate you. With all of that said, We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our product. All of our patients are more then welcome to check their bag before purchasing to make sure it is exactly what they are looking for.

I had them bring me three different types of flavors. Needless to say I wasn't impressed with any of flowers. I was so disappointed that I called someone else. Don't think all be going back to them.

Heard good things, so I called as a new patient and was told can deliver in 2 days.. What kind of service is that.. you guys should take off the same day service your advertising.

Mrsfour20, We take great pride in our speedy delivery. We try to deliver to everyone on the same day but sometimes later in the evening we get scheduled out for the rest of the evening. All of our new patients receive a new patient orientation in which we verify medical authorizations, WA state ID, and have all patients sign collective paperwork. We do not schedule deliveries to people we have not already verified. I think there may have been a miscommunication issue when you called. If we can't schedule a new patient orientation for the same day then we always offer patients the option for a next day orientation at their earliest convenience. If you give us a call back I know we can change your mind and back up all of the good things you have heard about us.

I got good help my first time but seems every time now the quality of service is consistent only having a limited selection or I feel like maybe they don't think that highly of the way I look or where I live at in tricitys either way when they know it is me they treat me differently I have had others tell me the same thing while being uncreepy you are a Lil unfair as well but that is what my crowd says maybe I'm wrong...

I'm not sure who you are, but am very eager to discuss with you ways we could improve. I am proud to say that we have always carried at least 4 strains, with an average of 6-8 strains in stock (not including concentrates). I'm not sure who else you have been talking to in your crowd, but we do try to treat every patient with the dignity and respect they deserve. The fact that we have over a 75% reorder rate with new patients speaks to that fact. So, if you are actually one of my patients, please text or call so I can work to make this right. If you're just some troll from a competitor's service... please let our bevy of 5 star reviews speak for themselves.

After seeing all the strains this provider has to offer I was terribly disappointed. Most is all outdoor grown leafy product that is obviously from last years crop. They do not have the quality that I am accustomed to. If I am going to pay top dollar I expect it to be top dollar product and green2go does not have it. Outdoor grown is usually picked too early and the effects do not last. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

I am deeply sorry that your experience wasn't what you had hoped for! We always try and suit our meds and customer service to our patient's needs. At the moment we have 8 outdoor strains and 7 indoor strains. The outdoor strains we have on hand were harvested around 60 days ago from a sustainable, completely organic grow that has been featured on CNN as well as the cover of the Sunday edition of the Seattle Times. They achieve an early harvest in the season using light deprivation to trick the plants into blooming earlier than nature intended while still using the industry standard for environmentally friendly lighting. We take critiques very seriously and we are always trying to improve our services and give our patients exactly what they need.
