I love the order for pickup option. It saves time and always has me in and out on the go. I ordered a few things online but was talked into adding additional prerolls to my order once in the shop. They always have nice deals for you to check out new products. That day it happened to be 40% off on one particular brand since the grow company themselves matched the discount in house!! Now that I'm in the neighborhood, I'll probably stop by again.

I love shopping at Greenhand and ordering what I want on Leafly is brilliant. I don’t need to worry if the store is going to be packed with other shoppers because I can walk right in and pick up my order. The staff are extremely helpful and give amazing recommendations.

Seemed like a legit pot shop, but upon arrival wouldn’t serve me with a legal vertical ID. Budtender claimed the shop didn’t accept any sort of vertical IDs. Would have been nice to give my business to them but wouldn’t recommend to future customers.

The person who helped me behind the counter was so sweet! I wish I asked for their name. I loved their good vibes, and they helped me pick out the perfect strains for my smoking sesh. I left smiling and excited! Definitely recommend!

Tried online for first time. Total waste of time. Online menu products do not accurately represent what is in stock. Special advertised on in store reader board inside store is not valid. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Out of date online menu.

I put in an order online but never got the text that it was ready. I went to the store a couple hours later because I was in that area. They had my order but said that one of my items wasn't in stock. No problem, I chose something else. I like the store and the people are great. But I'm left to wonder why I wasn't contacted about the out of stock item. Would they have eventually notified me or were they waiting for me to show up while I was waiting to hear that my order was ready. I've been here before and I will still come again, but someone dropped the ball on this one.

I love going to Greenhand. The employees have amazing recommendations and the price is always right. The store is clean and their COVID practices are spot on.

My go to spot for chronic, the online ordering can be somewhat unreliable so If I order beforehand I always call before I leave my house & make sure they got whatever it is I ordered. The staff are all super chill & knowledgeable & always try their best to find you crackin deals. Would 100% recommend

The first time I went the female was very short, impatient and rude. I told her I was looking for CBD for help with migrains. She showed me 2 items, I asked which one was better. She shrugged her shoulders and glared at me. I thought maybee it was just a bad day. However the secound time I went it was along the same lines. I noticed both times the male customers were treated exceptionally well. Bottom Line: If your a female and want to be treated well Don't go here.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good product at decent prices!

During my last visit, I was handed items and rang out before confirming they were the products I wanted. I was not able to inspect the packaging or contents before being told a total. I was also almost rang up for something I did not want, because the woman said "its better". This was the pink haired, middle aged tattooed woman I interacted. I feel as though my experience was not important, or that some form of prejudice was involved with the interaction. I actually ended my transaction and did not purchase what was rang up for me due to her. I will no longer be shopping at Greenhand and hope my feedback is appreciated and applied to operations.

Super Bummed! Don't trust their menu. I drove all the way to their shop today because the updated menu said they had a certain strain I've been looking for by a specific grower. I get there & of course they don't have & haven't for a while. The guy who helped me was more interested in talking to other people instead of trying to help me. Then I ask about loyalty program & tells me about it says I need to get a text from them. ok??? How do I get a text when they don't have my number? Why can't i join loyalty program? Guy said its kinda weird or hard to sign up? This is a super jenky place. Not to mention no price list or menu in the store.

Starting off by saying that the selection is great and the quality is excellent, also within walking distance. However, the service I receive from the blue-haired budtender makes me want to shop elsewhere. I come in regularly, but every so often she'll give me a shifty look or mention how I look so young. She's even told me that I don't look like the person in my I.D... I'm very aware that I look young, but I'm a frequent regular and it gets really old. She recently told me that "You're always shaking when you come in and that makes me nervous that you look so nervous" and something about me looking 11 years old. You work in a place that sells what many consider medicine. I happen to suffer from a variety of medical issues including social anxiety and stomach problems. Marijuana is my relief most days. So before your employee offends a customer, she should take that into consideration.
