service: 5/5 (big up isaiah) management: 3/5 from previous reviews, i called to check if my online order was in stock, and what the prices were since the website didn't reflect the current deals. one farm i wanted had 30% off, and that wasn't listed anywhere on the site that i could see (i ended up buying an extra eighth because of the deal, so go ahead greenhand and show me the 30% banner and i can budget around that). upon calling, isaiah took care of filling me in on the various deals while ensuring they had everything i ordered in stock. when i got to the shop, isaiah was open and took care of everything during the transaction. one of the eighths was kinda light, and he promptly brought me two extra jars to choose from. it's a small thing for a buyer to have that choice, but i'm usually happier with the transaction when i'm able to grab a jar that looks visually fuller/denser. overall, this impeccable budtender made acquiring the goods a 10/10 experience. the cons: the general laziness or intentionally turbulent business practice of not having an updated website that properly reflects pricing and stock. cause then that makes me waste more of my and the budtenders time while i call and verify details that could've been listed on the website. one of the eighths was harvested on 2/05/2024 (11 months prior to time of review), and as you'd expect it's dried out completely and lacks any freshness. i realize now this is why the brand was on a 30% clearance, but it would've been nice for them to point out some of the eighths they're selling is crumbly old herb. perhaps the smallest issue, the parking situation leaves a lot to be desired.

I came into this dispensary around 6:45 PM on Wednesday and had a very concerning experience. The budtender (light brown hair, green flannel) offered to swap my $8 preroll for a $15 one. My original order with the $8 preroll was $43, but with her change the total jumped to over $60. When I questioned the math, she snapped back and pointed at the receipt, insisting it was correct. After I showed her my online receipt on my phone, she started messing with the computer and said she had to “remove things” — then added, “not that they were really on there, it was just jumbled, a lot of things crossed off.” That explanation doesn’t make sense — if those items weren’t really on there, they couldn’t have raised the total to $60+. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here. On more than one occasion, I’ve gotten home and found prerolls missing even though they were listed on the receipt. I’ve also overheard another customer come in asking if a joint was left behind because the same thing happened to them. At this point, it feels like customers are being overcharged or shorted on product, and it’s hard not to see a pattern. People deserve honesty and accuracy with their purchases, and right now that doesn’t seem to be happening here.

It was my first time coming in and they were so welcoming. I asked for chocolate edibles and they knew exactly what I’d like even though there were other options. I will 100% be coming back. Thank you 😊
