They have good deals plus friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I recommend this dispensary to everyone in the area. It has a very upscale feel, unlike other dispensaries in the area. I have yet to have a terrible experience, always feeling comfortable no matter the time of day.
I have had a faulty cartridge, complained, and received credit as compensation. I was polite when expressing my disappointment, as everyone should be. The staff is super responsive, quickly resolving product complaints*as long as you follow their support directions.*(It isn't difficult as it's handled by email.)
