Ordered gummies online and they were ready when I arrived. They were friendly and answered all my questions. I have used them a number of times and will continue to use them. Great place, great people.

If they had a positive-minded culture here it wouldn't matter but instead, you have mini-adults with that child-like mentality with little to no training with customer interaction. this causes failure with real grown-ups. still playing high school games at this one there are better dispensaries with better pricing around every corner. This isn't one of them.

I did a pickup order drove 20 minutes there made my purchase of 3 8ths only to get home and find out that 1 of the 8ths wasn't what I ordered, so I drove back just to be told "we ran out" and "we made the best choice for you" and when I asked why wasn't I told when I first made my purchase they said "well you definitely should have" Mistakes happen I get that but I placed this order around 7am that morning and didn't make the trip up till around 11am that's plenty of time to notify me of the situation before it escalated, but it was ridiculous that I didn't get notified when I got there the 1st time, WORST customer service experience of my life, in what situation in any business that is selling you something do they make a choice for you when they run out of an item????

First off they censor/delete all the negative comments they get on here because my earlier review is gone. My last visit I tried asking my cashier a question three times in a row before giving up since laughing with a coworker was more important. On top of that the man who checked out next to me was having some kinda disagreement with the other cashier walked out and the two cashier both started laughing. I wont be coming back

Baught some prerolls online said they were 34% got them home and they was 22% Talk about pist off, not the first time this has happens from here.

I was happy to walk in and there were 3 people waiting to help me and I was in and out in under 4 minutes the same song was playing on the radio when I got back in the car.

Stopped in this weekend and got helped by Mason. He made my experience as a medical patient easy and fun!! Plus I have $5 off so that was a nice plus.

There is a man with low blonde or red hair that is awesome and a white woman with nose piercing bull nose and she's great but everyone else are not engaging and make me feel rushed or like I'm doing something wrong by asking for any clearence the manager who I think is actually handsome his attitude isn't so hot he made me feel as if I did something wrong and that they offer nothing but good vibes and thats not true.

I have the worst luck and experience when I come to Greenlight on Chippewa . I do not recommend it at all. My flower was dried out. I only have a good time here when I get products other than Greenlight.

Always an amazing experience. Everyone is always so kind an helpful. Cassie was my bud tinder today an she was the best. I recommend Green light to everyone I know.

Honestly I don't even bother looking up any other dispensaries near me. I only shop here. The staff is amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. They have great deals and Quality product. incredibly welcoming and warm environment 😊

God-tier dispensary

Bud tender spent a lot of time talking to sell me excessively dry weed. I'll give it another try since they just opened closeby, but they need to listen better.

Everyone I have met so far has been very nice and knowledgeable. Great deals every week.
