I will say that my first time was not what I was expecting. The he*** set lady that checked me in was extremely loud. I was beyond overwhelmed. Could not think nor hear my rep. explain things to me. I was a lost cause. Left thinking I'm was not coming back. But then on my second visit CHRIS, helped me & he was amazing. Very patient and explain ad answered all my questions! I will definitely be back.

These folks are on point! Always use the drive-thru which is excellent.

Customer Service is Excellent!!! The Staff there are so Knowledgeable and Professional!!! I was slightly apprehensive my first time...until I got in the back and experienced my first consultation. [Could not have asked for a more Patient or Knowledgeable person.] I am so Grateful for such wonderful assistance and direction...I could not have gotten this far Physically or Emotionally, and done so well without such wonderful people to work with me!!! Thank You So Much!!!!🙂

I have no complaints at all. All of the bud tenders are nice, professional and very helpful. Not a long wait they get you in and out in a flash, but they will take time to fully answer any questions you may have.

I've been going to Greenwave since a couple months after they opened their doors at the 1st location. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable and a wide variety of cannabis strains and products. The new building is absolutely gorgeous. It has a drive through window that they can utilize for now with all that's going on with coronavirus. I am only 41 but with the health issues I have I'm considered high risk and probably could not survive the illness. I used the window for the 1st time yesterday. You place your order on Leafly. Then they will text you detailed instructions. Call when you get there. And boom. Cannabis and money exchanged without any contact. I want to thank Jessica, Kelvin, Whitney, Sarah,Ben, and everyone else who works there for always pointing me in the direction of the medication I need and being polite and caring while doing so

Love this place, I've been to a couple of other dispensaries in other states but the service here is by far the best. The bud tenders know what they are talking about and their recommendations have been spot on for me.

Awesome people work here. They are always friendly and eager to help. If the line is long on busy days, it's because this place is the best.

Everything was great

I love being able to pick up from the drive thru, and not just because of the virus, but also because my anxiety! But the few times I've been inside everything is very clean and the staff are all so amazing and nice! They really know their weed, I've been given so much useful advice. And even tho you gotta do the counter dance right now, they make sure to speak loudly and clearly, which is actually something I super appreciate because years of loud concerts have taken their toll on my ear drums. I definitely don't know everyone there, but every person has just been so sweet, and helpful. I really enjoy going to this dispensary.

I’m two hours away from home and needed some flower so I stopped in here. Every single person was extremely kind. They made me feel so welcome. Highly highly recommend this dispensary.

Everything above 22% thc is marked up higher than most dispensarys. Finally carting district cannabis products, gelato cake is 45 an 1/8th how long till it goes up?

Excellent staff!

Good quality but a little lacking on the selection of flower sometimes, prices are pretty decent and everyone there is friendly and try to help anyway they can.Would appreciate a better rewards/sales program but all in all, good spot.
