You guys should take care of the medical people over recreational especially in the drive through it should only be for medical patients I waited in the drive through line and seen Three recreational cars go by and I was still waiting don't understand

The first line is Medical & Rec, the right lane is medical only. This essentially functions as a priority line for medical. I would like to look into specifics why the medical side was not moving. If you could email info@greenwavemd.com with a date and time we can review who was working drive-through at that time. It would be appreciated for retraining purposes.

This store is the best! The staff are always so friendly. And they’re pretty fast about prepping online orders. My only regret is it’s like a 20 minute drive for me. But it beats having to go to out of the county so I really can’t complain.
Got charged twice for my transaction on my bank statement big hassle

I’ve been a few times. However his last time they gave me the wrong product. Double check your pick up orders..
I have been buying products from Greenwave for months now. Whether by phone or in person everyone has been very helpful and very knowledgeable. I am also very happy with product quality.

Had to ask for the Senior's and Veteran's discount, was told I qualified for the Senior's only. "It'll come up automatically next time" she said. Why doesn't the Veteran's discount apply? I asked this last month, too, and got an answer I did not understand. Four stars for Atmosphere because...it's a drive thru. How classy can it be? [insert smiley face here]
Boy with the locks at the drive thru window today... didn't even speak to me when I pulled up. He clearly wasnt happy. And he has worked there for more than a year. Unacceptable!! I come there very frequently and have never had poor service until today.

I really like being able to pickup online orders in the drive thru, but it would be cool if there was an express pickup on the inside for when that line is crazy outside. I waited longer inside just to pick up my order than if I had waited in the line outside.
Can't find a more friendly and educated staff then Greenwave I recommend it
