My driver was awesome, very informative on the products, and super easy to talk to. Everyone on their team has been awesome, from the guy who called me to tell me that my order was under $75 and there would be a fee, had I not known I would've paid the same amount for less products. Also special shoutout to Eddie, whenever I call their Orlando location if he's in I'm talking to him. Dude is super cool, very informative, gave a awesome breakdown on the vape carts, and he needs a raise, or a promotion. Make him VP or something, dude is awesome. This is now my go-to spot.

Worst weed ever especially after I was told they are the best wow what sham thank god I don’t live close to any grow healthy so I won’t be spending my $$ there anymore.

The alleged manager Bella treats you horrible and has no customer service skills. They never answer the phone. She tried to charge more than she’s supposed to. She complains that they don’t have enough staff yet they’re selling plenty of product. This place is gross inside. It’s dollar store of dispensaries and our area deserves something better if ownership can’t get things organized. Also, put Bella in the back. Front of house is not a good place for her.

Absolutely the WORST delivery service... not only is it $25 but then they don't even make it at the scheduled time. Order Tuesday.. only delivery date was Friday 8am-1pm.. picked that. get an email Thursday night the order won't arrive to 1:30. Confirm that 1:30 is ok.. then Friday get a txt at 1pm saying it will be after 3pm before they will get here. Trash service.

Today had my first order delivered to me. It was a pleasure speaking to John on the phone when I placed the order 2 days ago. He made it simply, easy and really comfortable.
Today when it was delivered the two young ladies (unfortunately I didn't get their names) were absolutely pleasant! Very friendly, down to earth and made the process so easy.
The quality of what I received was A+!!! From the density to the beautiful colors. I'm new to these strains (Brick House, Jilly Bean and Big Pine) so I'm looking forward to testing them out and seeing how they address my medical ailments.
Thank you very much for helping me Grow Healthy and I look forward to doing more business with you and your staff in the near future.

My first few visits were before COVID and there were no problems. Those were walk in visits.
Since ordering online (or trying to), its a production. First, theres never any update on your order, then when you check on it, the item is not available. I really don't understand how their system works. You get and order, you fill it, you contact person. Theres a missing link here somewhere. I just tried again, placed order last night and have heard nothing at all and its 5 pm. I'm assuming that any orders placed the day before are then cancelled when they close shop? Very strange.

I’ve been a customer for about a little over a year. I had an injury and followed up with my chiropractor of 15 years, which needed an anti inflammatory and pain relief ( I suffered a slap tear in my shoulder) however he knew my severe allergies to medication(he knew I had used cannabis in the past I was always honest with him about my use for period symptoms ) he recommended I try a doctor that was knowledgeable about cannabis recommendations(targeting the inflammation and pain the inflammation was causing ). I did and the rest is part my history, injury healed. Confirmed by before and after MRI’s. The inflammation and pain gone thanks to using distillate syringes. Thank you GrowHealthy for being there and providing options for people.For the last 10 months, even facing a pandemic, y’all have stayed well stocked and adapted to the situation. I have also use their Littles multiple times and have never been disappointed. Great job everyone at GrowHealthy. Keep doing what you do😁

When we first got there we met the rudest worker I’ve ever met in a dispensary. Her name was Amy and she was working 8:30 on September 12. She was so disgustingly rude that I was going to leave and never go back but then Aaron came around the corner and saved the day he was super sweet and helped us out.
We did place an order later and we would’ve understood if they couldn’t dispense but Amy was so incredibly nasty to customers. That we weren’t even sure if we wanted to continue the order.
Aaron took great care of us however and turned the experience around but if I ever walk in and see her at the front desk I will go to another dispensary.
There was another super sweet gentleman that assisted us unfortunately we didn’t get his name.
Would recommend as long as Amy isn’t there.

Horrible. Horrible customer service. I don’t think these people understand the quality of customer service. Always have smart comments about your order and there famous for saying delivery and pick up is priority, but I’ve ordered MULTIPLE times at 9 in the morning and they say they haven’t even seen my order til almost close. Sometimes even the day after I order. Then I drive about 30 miles to find out they don’t even have what I ordered. No phone call , no nothing. Then they just act like nothing even happened. I actually was super confused why I didn’t get a text all day. So I called getting closer to closing to make sure they wouldn’t cancel my order , but when I called and told him the situation. He didn’t even ask my name , patient number. Nothing. He just had a super attitude filled “ If you didn’t get the text it’s not ready” so I call the next morning to find out it was ready the day before and their system had glitched, so that’s the reason I didn’t receive a text. The most recent time I was there I received an email and text stating my order was ready. FOR BOTH STRAINS I ORDER. so come to find out when I get there, Apparently they sold out of the one I really wanted. The guy who was taking care of me asked this one guy next to him if there was any left. And the one co worker said he think he saw one in the back. And as the guy was going to check this girl that ALWAYS has attitude(next time I will definitely get the name), goes to him with another attitude fulfilled statement “ IF ITS NOT ON THE PAPER YOU CANT SELL IT”. ... okay. But i ordered it when it was on the paper. So I didn’t get what the issue was. I only keep coming here because of quality. But it’s going to be really hard to convince myself to go there again after my most recent time there. Especially since it’s a 45 min drive from home as well.

I got a mess at 1:00 PM stating order is ready. Arrived at 2:20 for curbside pickup. Hiram came out to collect payment which should have been $105.50. He had a price of $166.00. Not sure where that amount came from. My order was $190.00 -$9.50 online order discount = $180.50. I was using my $75.00 off second time customer coupon. Brings total to $105.50. I show him the order details & amounts on my phone from their order confirmation. Hiram goes back inside to get it corrected. He comes back out and says its $109.50. I show him the order again with pricing from online order and we go over the math again. $180.05 - $75.00 = $105.50 not $109.50 so he has to go back inside again to let them know. He comes back out a third time now to my vehicle with the correct amount. Hiram was very apologetic about the situation and for waiting so long...
Then I wait again for him to bring my products out. I count the containers of flower I purchased, which was 5 containers of 5 different flowers. I count the containers before he walks away and I have all 5 so he goes back inside. I decided to double check my order before I pulled out since they can't do simple math and are an hour away from me. Now we have another problem. I have 2 of one kind and missing another kind. So I call back. Someone comes back out to my vehicle & we go over the labels & the order and I have to put all of them back in the bag to switch out one. He brings the bag out and we go over the labels to make sure its correct this time and there is still 2 of the same kind and the same one still missing. We go over the bottles again and he realizes that someone put the wrong label that they print out on one of the containers. So after waiting 20 minutes after calling from parking lot upon arrival for an order that was ready over an hour ago and 3 trips to my vehicle to get the purchase price correct and 3 more trips out due to their labeling mistake, finally got the order right at 3:00PM. This is my first time to this location and my second time of ordering. Lakeland was my first, but only had a couple varieties of flower. Since I'm new to this I'm wanting to try different varieties and have to spend $150.00 to take advantage of the $75.00 off and the Orlando location had the best variety so five stars for that. As long as they keep a variety of satavia flower in stock and the quality is good..haven't tried yet.. I'll go back, ..but I will make sure we have the correct price and labeling first, so we don't have to play multiple trips back out to my vehicle.

This place was very inviting and had a huge selection of high potency bud to choose from. Laura was amazingly helpful and offered products based on my needs. She was happy to offer assistance and had a super positive attitude! Great buds, great atmosphere, and great customer service! I'll be back for sure! Thanks!
The folks that work at grow healthy are all extremely nice. It’s a pleasure to be in the shop. The only negative here is that they just don’t have much stock on hand. I’d like to have a choice when it comes to cartridges. Hopefully, that will change in the near future. Grow healthy rocks.
Pro: best flower around hands down. Usually have a selection of 3-5 to pick from, all excellent quality.
Cons: as long as you can walk in, should be ok. Nothing happens fast though. If it is online ordering only, forget it. Just really bad system with really bad communication. Will often not have the order complete.
I get it. We’re fortunate to get to complain about these kinds of problems like the weed store messed up my order. But trying to shop there can be such a shit show. And I’m driving past three other dispensaries to get there.
To summarize: product good, experience bad.
Not very happy with my last visit with a wait time of an hour just to pick up an express order that usually I'm in and out in 15 minutes. First off the message system that text us saying our order is ready isn't the same number you text to let them know you have arrived. I waited an extra 30 minutes because of this little indiscretion. So now an hour and a half to pick up 1 cart of medicine. Other dispensaries have you guys beat at this curbside distro. Probably won't be back until this whole coronavirus thing settles. Just not worth the hassle.
I hesitate to gush about Grow Healthy because I like having it as my best kept secret out west. It is one of the only places with solid product that doesn’t have a long wait. Shout out to Gabriel for great service!

The place was great. Waited only 5 minutes to get in. Everything was clean and well lit. Staff was very helpful and there was a decent amount of variety to choose from. I will absolutely go back.

Miss the original crew that used to run this store. It just isn’t the same anymore.
Online orders just flat out don’t even get filled
So their product is next to none. I’ve been frequenting growhealthy for some time now. Their customer service has gotten better and now that 4/20 is over I waited a grand total of 5 minutes and got some of the most beautiful flower I’ve ever seen. They have full size flower for 50 an 8th and littles, little nugs lower price, at 35 and eighth. Both are extremely high quality.

ordered. received text saying they were filling my order. I drove from Melbourne. when I arrived they couldn't find my order. He told me they were out in the morning. I placed my order at 4pm. no text or call telling me. they let drive 60 miles to tell me
