Harvest HOC - Cottonwood (Med)

I decided to update my review I left a couple of months back. Harvest (not just this one, the company as a whole) were on my bad side because they were doing obvious bait and switches with their "daily deals" (changing deals advertised all week, either the day of, or the day before etc). They have not done that in a while (not since President's day, that I recall), and have also implemented a great rewards system based on amount of money spent. The awesome Happy hour deals via email are always having me come back for more... Oh, and shout out to the manager Rebecca. My AZDHS account was showing an error in terms of my allotment. So i wasnt able to run anything as a med patient. She knew that I wasn't over my allotment, and was able to run my order as recreational, AND still got me all my discounts as a med patient (taxes and med monday discount) you guys rule!!! Stellar customer service day in day out, and the best deals and freshest medicine around... Rest assured that I wont need Nirvana for anything else again..you guys always have the best selection of flower (FRESH Alien Labs, Connected, Sonoran Roots and DOJA Pak ) and concentrates (Canamo, Growsciences, DRIP)... CHEERS!!!!

I stop here every time I'm traveling through town. Awesome deals and great product.

Nick and Becca were amazing! 5 stars to both of them! Nick was very attentive and quite knowledgeable about the product. Becca has stellar customer service and they both brought about such a positive vibe that I will for sure come back to this location. I had previous issues with this location and being overcharged. This place has gone downhill fast, you can feel the arrogance, greed and downright stupidity of the company which appears to be part of a large corporation with stores all over the state so it feels too corporate instead of a caring home town feel. I have witnessed several staff members be unnecessarily mean to customers, one calling a customer ignorant because he had questions. They have argued with me on several occasions, over their math errors and over our disgust that they installed super bright obnoxious floodlights on the building, which is against the law. This company does not care about anything but profits. Then they took away our points which I was saving up, so we all just lost them, just so the company could boost profits. Their Roll One brand pre-rolls would always run or simply keep going out, the quality on the pre-rolls was the worst I have ever experienced. But the final straw that broke this customer was that they chopped down a perfectly beautiful shade tree that shielded us from burning sun in summer when we have to wait outside in line. A senseless corporate blunder, with the idiotic reason that it was a liability. HOW is a TREE a liability? Screw this place. My friends and I are boycotting this faceless, uncaring heartless corporation and we have been enjoying the other 2 local dispensaries very much. We suggest you do the same.
