Cool looking place but the customer service is very underwhelming, my budtender was strange to say the least and knew absolutely nothing I asked her about. Weed was mid, at best and the deals nonexistent. I used to love it here but with so many better options in the area, earthmed, bisa Lina and now mint why would I pay full price for some old weed? I really don’t know how they’re still in business to be completely honest. Hatch, step your game up!

Not happy about the false advertisement of 100 percent THC. With a broken foot, Received it. Drove home. Only to see percentage of THC was 86. The thing is I would have spent more on the other concentration that was a higher THC content. This was not cool. Also PLEASE Bringback ROVE diamonds

I love coming to this place very helpful kind . I have a suggestion give people that check your id's a chair to sit on, and maybe a radio to listen to music. Nobody cares if they r sitting people r buying weed for God sake
