LOVE this place! Nice caring people!

The whole team from start to finish have been absolutely amazing. Crystal made me feel like I was the only person or client she had. She walked me through step by step and answered every question I had, followed up with me to make sure i was taken care of couldn't of asked for a nicer experience. Paul who was my account person in the dispensary helped me find some medicine that was for my particular pain and explained to me why he recommended what he did and why. You guys were under staffed and no one would of known by the staff who stayed focused and positive and still offered all the time you needed. Thank you so much to all of you at Have a Heart.

ONLY complaint, no ATM inside. ATM outside runs out of cash before weekend.

Great customer service

This is the first dispenserary that I have been to and is by far the best. I live in Middletown but will drive by other places in order to come back here. Very generous to veterans which is much appreciated. Staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming. Entire place is very clean and there is no pressure to buy anything. Answered all my questions and made me a repeat customer.

I love this place. It's my favorite out-of the 3 dispensaries in Cincinnati. They have a great staff, JR is my favorite he's always willing to take time to answer questions and is knowledgeable about product. I love the deals and the atmosphere is way chill.

The dispensary is huge!! The biggest I've seen. The staff is really nice from when you walk in to the lobby and then when you go in to the dispensary. You have one person that helps you, but the other staff members always chime in to say hello or give me a thumbs up on the strain I choose or a suggestion for next time. I've never waited long, but there is plenty of comfortable seating in their lobby if there is a wait. My new favorite dispensary in town.

Lauren was my budtender. She is warm and friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. I had a great experience.

This dispensary is definitely the biggest one in Cincinnati. The prices are high but since they’ve opened, they’ve come down a lot. Plus the fact that they offer other goodies (ie, broveda packs) that I haven’t seen anywhere else is nice. Hopefully the prices continue to fall and they offer more and better deals soon :)
