Zen Leaf - Cincinnati

This was my first visit to a dispensary and David was really kind, warm and didn't make me feel uneducated or silly. He offered several great strains to help with my anxiety and never pressured me to buy anything I wasn't comfortable with. I'm excited to try all the goodies I got to bring home!

Kayla and my other budtender(not positive of name but he wears glasses) are phenomenal!!! So nice and Knowledgeable. Great sales and extensive menu. Never a long wait.

What more you can you about the biggest dispensary in Ohio? Great ambience and music, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the selection of product is bar-none. Christine and Paul were awesome budtenders for me for two my visits. Fantastic place!

JR was very helpful with product knowledge and true willingness to help. There was an issue with my card because another dispensary had enter my information wrong. JR went out of his way to see the issue was fixed. They even called me the next day to let me know it had been resolved. Even though they were not the dispensary that made the mistake. True customer service.

Very welcoming atmosphere

My very first experience as a cannabis customer was such a positive and enlightening one! This was made so by both the first class excellence of the dispensary itself and by the dedicated personable service of the PCA. The dispensary itself is like the Apple store: clean; spacious; functional and informative. The displays are well-lit with great visibility to view the products. David was our PCA and he made an intimidating venture into an educational and uplifting adventure. He was so knowledgeable, personable and professional. His recommendations resulted in purchases that are solving the issues we came in for. He really knows his stuff and is able to explain things in easy to understand ways. And he was so cheerful and fun to talk with. I live within a mile of 2 other dispensaries but Have a Heart Cincy is the best choice.

I love this place! David is always super helpful in picking the right strain for me. He recommended a great hybrid that helps ease my pain and some awesome gummies! I never go anywhere else just because David is so helpful. Not to mention he's got a very handsome face and a cute butt ;)

I like everything about this dispensary, especially the staff. They are engaging and helpful, especially Jalal and Alex. The products they recommended for me have cut my need for prescription meds by 3/4ths! Service is usually prompt depending on the time of day, and I really like their soundtrack!

everyone was so nice! my first visit went off without a hitch. prices seem to be about par for the course from what I can tell. was a bit if a wait but nothing horrible. they were able to get me in even though it was 30 minutes before close and i was a first time patient. security was suuuper helpful and polite. the lady that cashed me out was awesome! will be returning :)

David was very helpful when I placed my order. I've had no problems with any of the staff there and most of them have waited on me. They pretty much know the products their selling.
