very friendly and helpful lady, Kat helped us out. she was pretty freakin amazing and referred some great products. very very satisfied.

This place is pretty small. They have multiple counters spread out in their limited space, but if there are more than 4-5 customers its cramped. One of the employees was very curt and rude, and she didn't seem to like that my friend and I were browsing before committing to anything. She was talking about knowing someone who makes the candies they stock, and when I mentioned that a sugar free option would be great for diabetics, she told me it was a horrible idea and ignored me the rest of my visit. Overall, I liked what I purchased, but I didn't like the lack of assistance or the rude service. I won't be returning.

Much variety, and the staff know their wares. Happy with my several recreational purchase recently (Aug-Sep 2015). Nice Craftsmen house, very clean, low-key, warm atmo. Wish they had more analytical descriptions. If you are a cannabis hort person, great, those of us who originally knew the plant before its refinement the last 20 years need a bit of head advice (since there is no panama red, guerrero gold, thai-stick, maui-wowie on offer, this is not the trey bag from Washington Sq. Park. . .) So I'll just keep sampling HH's wares. Prices are lower than most, esp. in North Seattle. Very satisfied so far, and recommended.

I love Herbs house!! Always friendly and kind- you feel like you're just at a local cafe with the laid back atmosphere and homey feel. Always a great experience!

best product and friendly and knowledgable staff. ask for the best and got it. unlike the other places i had been. as a "out of towner" i felt right at home, and even met a budtender from the east coast. who was amazing thank you I cant remember your name but the short haired new yorker that works there was very helpfull and made my trip the best vacation ever.

Upon enter my friend and I got our IDs checked which is totally normal. The guy was polite and they had a menu to look at which is always helpful. Then a few more people came in behind us and the girls behind the left counter started yelling like they were drunk and it was very obnoxious. Then when I have what I want I am going to check out, and a lady is helping me. She was very unfriendly and asked for both of our IDs AGAIN. Never has this ever happened in any other shop because legally you must check before you're even allowed inside. Decent product. Not amazing. Priced a bit lower then other shops but I would rather go to a nicer shop and pay a bit more then go back here.

The only down fall that I would have is that they dont have it were we can smell the flower. Other then that I was very pleased with this shop.

I have been shopping here for a few months. They can be crowded on weekend nights, so if you'd like more time to look or ask questions without feeling pressured, try and get in midday during the week. They have a decent selection but top strains will sell out ahead of "big"weekends so don't leave your weed errands until the last minute if you have a favorite.

Nice location for the area just not overly impressed, or perhaps they simply arent trying to impress. I have been in twice, once a isnt fair review. It was ok, just felt like more of Mini-mart stop and shop, vs a new shopping experience that others have. Seemed kinda cluttered layout understand covering overhead is tough starting up. Just an odd vibe and perhaps still in transition from being a Med Disp. Its convenient but prices a little high, abd slim selections, but may improve as business grows. Perhaps another impact of the transition.

It's my neighborhood shop; they do a good job. The staff are enthusiastic and apparently knowledgable. I feel comfortable bringing out of town guests here when appropriate.

Happened to be fairly close by so I enjoyed the walk and found it pretty easy. The wait was kinda long as they only had one person taking orders but the staff was helpful in helping me decide what I wanted as they didn't have what I went in for but I was just as happy with my recommendation. The ladies were personable, knowledgable and helpful. I would go back.

Eh, they sell good products but the vibe is odd and the service was mediocre. Did not get to look at a selection when buying flowers, just got handed a bag.

Just stopped in to Herbs House for the first time today while out for a walk. I was pleasantly surprised. While their selection might not be as large as some of the larger shops, they have a great supply of quality goods, a super-friendly staff, and pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be going back!

Beautiful coffee shop space. Awesome art. The selection was sort of small, maybe a dozen strains or so, nothing particularly special. A small selection of concentrates and edibles. Very friendly bud tender with limited knowledge of the stock. If the espresso could rival Bambino just down the street, I'd visit again for that. Sadly I likely won't be back.

Got a fatty G13 Haze pre-roll for only $8. Lasted me two smokes. Helpful staff, clear menu, cute place! I recommend!

Best recreational shop in town. Feels homey not sketchy. Friendly ladies. Great product.

Herbs House is my top choice for MMJ access point in the Seattle area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The herbs themselves are of excellent quality and suitable for any connoisseur. The cafe is family friendly with a wonderful menu of fresh juices, smoothies and coffees. I also really appreciate being able to bring my non-MMJ friends and having the inviting cafe to entertain them while I get my meds. Herbs House is a dream come true for anyone looking for top quality medicine and a good conversation.

Bring your non-donating friends along in this trip because there is a nice café when you first arrive. The selection is smaller than most but it's quality. Very nice folks there, too.
