Nothing I went last week for the first time and wasn’t able to buy anything because I was out of units so they said I can get my free gram next time I go in. Yesterday 8/4/21 went in and orders 2 gram asked for my free gram the tender rings up my product charges me then tells me she can’t find any notes in my account. So I tell her that I wouldn’t have bought anything if I had known i wasn’t getting my free gram. She gets very rude so I tell her to just give me the medication I paid for she then gives me a dirty look and says she’s going to the restroom doesn’t give me my cannabis just vanished after I had already paid! I was furious so I asked for my money back another employee is like ok I’ll get a manager. You walk away from your sale wtf ! Also they refused to take my boyfriends chime card I think they should would on customer service I will never go back there

This is the worst dispensary in Albuquerque they are always stealing grams from their customers especially the senior citizens, anytime u buy more than 2 grams u will have to weight it out yourself once u get home. I had to female employees yell and was disrespectful because my mask was not over their noses and after having words with them I was banned per owner, no one never called to ask what was the problem that place is bad buisness and karma is a mutha
Generally a awesome place i go 2 to 4 times a week. Today 12/1/2020 i go in and get 7 grams of Skywalker and 3 grams of lambo i get home and popped open the 3 grams of lambo and being only 3 grams it had 3 rather big stems. I called to inform them they say come in and we'll make it right. I went in and they weighed the stems i brought in cane to 0.007 ig a gram. That's exactly what I got in return in a bottle with the label saying 0.07 grams couldn't you all just make it a full gram lol guess not
I love this place here on coors & sequoia but I just went today and got Skywalker and they are very small buds! A couple days ago I got the same thing, same quality for $10/g and today I paid $11/g. They didn’t have it marked small buds and I didn’t find out until I got home. I assumed it was a new shipment since now it wasn’t marked small buds. So did they even get a new shipment? Probably not, same exact look and quality but they upcharged it $1. WTF! Not happy about that as I can’t afford that much.
