As always great friendly service. Great prices on the pre rolls I picked up. If you haven't tried hitman Eastside og highly recommend. I am a daily user so if you are not, be careful or you gonna be sinking into the couch.

The Buchanan High Profile is one of my go to dispensaries! Staff if always friendly and knowledgeable, and the deals of the day are usually pretty decent!

Their Livwell products are absolutely worth it. $130 a oz.. thankful for this brand and price.

First of all the girl came out and never told me her name and was very rude and hurry a long type. 😞 my first time there and I won’t be back. That’s just ridiculous! I don’t think that is the profession she should be in and I could tell it’s definitely not her passion! I also had a friend in the car with me (a potential customer) and she was also very unhappy with the service!

This place is amazing!! Best place around town and comparable to green stem. Not seeing as much service right now, so service is quick. Great flower! Newly opened place so I imagine more product and different brands will come about. But please!! Keep that ghost train haze and GG4 on the shelves! Someway! I know Michiganders and people from Indiana kill for both strains. Keep killing it!

I have been going to many dispensaries in this area and by far High Profile has been the best experience during this pandemic. For about 5 months I was visiting another shop down the road for curbside, but when it came to going inside it was not as pleasant of an experience as I had expected. Fortunately, I happened to see that there was High Profile and decided to try them out. Holy shit dude. This place rocked. The building itself was very nice and the interior layout utilized a lot of open space. The staff is fucking awesome. From the front desk all the way to the budtenders. Very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. Finally, the selection is great. Everywhere else I went Inwouldnfind a strain I liked and then BOOM it was gone. However. here at High Profile is like a convenience store mentality. So high from the tiki cookies I actually typed that out. TL;dr Place rocks, Staff awesome, Lots of consistent product and an overall really pleasant experience everytime.

Red head female budtender was an absolute bitch. Never felt more disrespected while trying to spend money. Condescending, smart-ass with a lack of patience or basic comprehension of customer service. Next time try to treat customers with respect and leave that cunty attitude at home. Product was fire but I can get equal elsewhere without the cantankerous fire crotch. Shit customer service will be your downfall...

All the budtenders are very cool people, I’m never dissatisfied nor disappointed with the quality of flower. I always get the queso perro. Great place it’s worth my drive from Chicago.
