They always have deal and the customer service is top tier!!

Ordered two quarters and a half ounce. The products by In the Flow were smalls, despite being advertised and priced as regular buds. But nothing was as disappointing as the quarter of Tropicana cherries gas. There were NO buds. Only leaf and kief for the price of regular buds. I’ve emailed them about this and they refuse to make it right. I will NEVER shop at this cut rate, poor quality dispensary.

I was going to another local dispensary, but they were having labor disputes and didn’t feel like dealing with all of that. Let’s be serious…we visit a dispensary to de-stress, not be a part of it, so I tried out HP. From visit one, it has been truly a great experience. Yesterday was my third visit and I asked my bud tender how their points system works, since I was not familiar. He explained it well, took care of me since I didn’t get any perks from visit number 2, and it was all 100% hassle free. They really do make you feel valued and they answer any questions you have, without making you feel like an ID10T. It doesn’t matter if your a newb or an old timer with your level of knowledge. They will definitely be getting my vote in the Best of Columbia next year! Can’t say enough great things about HP😁

This place is one of the best places in Columbia this place you DONT feel like a prison. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable and is great at selling and proving an excellent guest satisfaction. I will be back for sure.

wasn't thrilled. the extent of the customer service was my budtender typing "sativa" or "indica" into his ipad and having me swipe through the leafly list of products to pick one. Cart I got is very very low potency despite saying it's 87% thc

Nice selection for whatever you are looking for. I dont mind the 45 minute drive for the nice staff and how easy and painless it is everytime I go...

First, very welcoming staff! Nice waiting room with great music! Rachel was my bud tender and she was fantastic! I pre ordered but we had great discussion about sativa strains! Nice to find someone who prefers sativa to indica. It's a 30 minute drive but well worth it!

Told the kid I wanted a Pax pod and that I'd lost my old vape meaning I'd need a battery as well. Ended up settling on a 510 style cart, though I didn't know what that was (rookie vaper). He rang it up and I paid. Had a feeling he didn't sell me a battery so I looked in the box and sure enough, no battery. Had to buy a battery and pay another debit service charge. Wasn't really impressed

Love HP, I started going here when they opened after I got my card. super friendly, chill, and knowledgeable staff. they always give good recommendations based on what I want. never feel rushed or pressured into buying anything ever, they'll just let you look at the menu for a minute and answer your questions. I've been helped by mostly the full rotation of staff now and they've all been awesome. definitely recommend giving it a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Awesome shop. Best in town IMO. Best prices, best selection, best hours. I have ADD, and the store blares dubstep/electronic/dance type music, which can be a bit much at times and tends to break my concentration. This is not enough to rate them any less than 5 stars, however. AWESOME!

Love the incredible information and vibe in the shop. Friendly and pretty knowledgeable. Love the deals and brands. The Deli area is new to me personally and it’s pretty bad ass!!! One of my go to places definitely!!! They need to bring back the “ Waffle Cone” stain back though!!! 🙌🏾🥰🙏🏽

I'm in here multiple times a week. I've visited every currently open (August 2021) dispo in Como and High Profile is easily my favorite. The budtenders remember you, they know what they're talking about, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy being there and helping others. Most budtenders wear gloves and masks and they regularly sanitize their budroom also, so cleanliness is not an issue.

Excellent product and selection every time. Haven't had any issues but wouldn't be afraid to come forward with an issue. The place is super welcoming and comfortable from the atmosphere to the staff. They are very professional and know the answers to your questions or at least know how to find them. I don't feel rushed to get in buy something and get out like I do at other places.

Staff were so informational and all positive vibes. I definitely will be going back there! I purchased the coco-sugar wax- citradelle sunset 1g gives me right kind of high nice, chill, relax, uplifting and happy.
