During my first visit, I spent over $150 on a product labeled as "premium" flower. However, upon returning home, I discovered the product was over six months old and so dry that it crumbled into dust, making it completely unusable. I called the store and spoke with Danielle after being referred by Hanna. When I explained the issue, Danielle was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, repeatedly addressing me as "girl." She suggested that the quality issue was my fault for ordering online rather than coming to the back of the store, despite the fact that I was never offered the opportunity to inspect the product before it was handed to me in a bag. I am very disappointed that I was only offered a $25 credit toward a $150 purchase of defective merchandise. I do not believe it is acceptable to charge premium prices for unusable, aged products, nor is it acceptable for staff to speak to customers in such a dismissive manner..calling me girl. This place sucks!!! Leonard street is the worst!

Great service and wonderful workers
This is honestly the best dispensary in GR. Best selection, best prices, nicest staff, and everyone is knowledgeable and willing to ask others if they don't know the answer.
The previous review (not so good one) was for the high profile on 44th not Leonard!
