High Profile x Budega - Roslindale

I come here all the time and have been for about two years now. Never had a bad experience. BUT the dispensary is supposed to close at 9, why did it close 15mins early with my online order that was supposed to be picked up at 8:45. Security at the door apologized and said the workers said no. Crazy thing is I usually get my order bur this time it was done under my partners account and he is a male. I have never been denied even when coming at 8:57 one time. So this upset me and makes me wanna take my business else where seeing how I’m a loyal customer. This just doesn’t sit well with me. Why do online orders until 8:45 for last pickup if you’re sitting at the front desk telling security not to let customers in because he wasn’t the only one out there? Let’s do better with closing time. If a place says it closes at 9 then the place should not allow individuals in the door after 8:55. Other than that YOU as an employee or employees are making the business loose money closing its doors and denying customers 15mins early to closing . So the products I get are great, love the price, but THIS doesn’t make sense. Let’s get this together please and thank you.

I live right down the street from High Profile in Roslindale, and this spot always shows love. The employees are mad cool and real down to earth, and the security guards? Solid folks. They make sure it’s a safe, chill vibe every time I come through.This is exactly what the Roslindale community needs—a welcoming space where people can vibe, connect, and just be themselves. The love for weed here runs deep, and it really helps people deal with stress and anxiety in a peaceful way.I’m big on their strains—Khalifa Kush is a favorite every time. Just picked up Kush Cream and Megamind too, and both are hittin’ different. And don’t even get me started on the Cherry Galactic edibles—those are straight fire. Shoutout to High Profile for being more than a dispensary. It’s a real part of the neighborhood.

Waiting room is a little cramped at times, but the service and product is always excellent, and I like that they're local. I also like they you can see the bud and have it measured out for you; not very common in MA, unfortunately.

My Cloud Cover 4 gram baller jar. Was so watery. If someone took the time to check there hands the sticky watery stuff on them they would of known. I'm missing a vape I rave about your stores all the time All 3 of them. I just don't understand why someone would do that .

This place is pretty good and has some good deals. However, this is just a suggestion from what I see at other recreational dispensaries, and their business drastically increased when they implemented this, give medical card holders 20% off each item, but you’re still paying tax. You would get a lot more business as medical card holders (many of us) WILL come to you. I go to a rec place I. JP now. I don’t have to go elsewhere. Just sayin’ and if we opt in, it’s not illegal.

I haven’t really been big on shopping in dispensaries, and out of the few times I’ve been this was the best experience I have had this far. I was in and out , well informed , Jose’s service was A1 and he got me exactly what I was looking for if not better.

Very easy in and out - less than five minutes. Friendly, courteous staff and a good price!
