It has been brought to my attention your business is a toxic workplace regarding upper management. The way management treats their employees is appalling. I refuse to support a business that does not care about their employees, only the management looking out for themselves and what benefits them the most. Apparently following federal regulations is a thing of the past because upper management creates their own rules, even illegal ones. Failure to create a safe workplace is gross negligence. Upper management, DO BETTER!

This is the most amazing shop fast service super friendly staff they go above and beyond to help customers it is my only place to go.

I like this location but the wait in the lobby is a no go for me. I will not be returning because of the wait and they seem a little unorganized.

Best dispensary in the area and I’ve been to them all! The employees are extremely kind and helpful. Very professional. The environment is simple, clean and easily accessible. I’m in and out every time and I love the Dutchie pay option online. I would recommend High Profile over any other shop in the area. The selection is right on point and you won’t find cheaper prices anywhere!

Been to every disp in Springfield, this is hands down my favorite. From staff to the overall environment and product selection /quality. Makes it more than worth driving clear across town even with adding the gas expense to illinois' already over taxed cannabis market lol.
