Higher Love - Munising (REC)

Places an online order, upon retrieving my order I was told a different amount than what the online menu stated . It was an Error on their part and they refused to honor the mistake and was told they cannot fill the order. Not any compensation was offered for THEIR MISTAKE which cost me Time and Money ! I will never use higher love dispensaries and give my patronage to the Firestation

Great dispensary. Reminded me of West Coast dispensaries, similar set up and product quality, which was a serious upgrade after going to Illinois ones for a while. Great and extensive variety, knowledgeable budtenders, chill vibe. I was able to get exactly what I want, a strain that has been impossible to find in the Midwest so far, and was thrilled! Plus they have really high quality local products which is lovely. Really liked the Meg & Zen products and the Traverse city dart RSO. Jordyn was my budtender and she was so lovely to interact with, helped me find the perfect edible despite all my food allergies, and just made the experience a pleasure. Highly recommend this place!

LOVE this place!! I love the deli style herb is everything- props to higher love for that! Jordyn was so helpful, informative, and created an amazing guest experience for us. The other woman working there today helped my boyfriend and she was great too, I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. Overall 10/10. Thank you!!

I order online here a lot so that I know what to get and they’ll have my order ready when I get there today the price on my order didn’t match up with what it said it was going to be and they said that they couldn’t give me that online price and that the product online needed to be changed because it shouldn’t that price....I’m a regular there and was very disappointed on how the situation was handled .

I have purchased quite a bit from here, and ive been mostly happy woth everything except two cartridges i bought the bottoms fell out of the cart making it unusable i sent pictures back with no response. And i also bought a water bong and the bowl didnt fit right.

This was by far my best experience and customer service at a dispensary, definitely the one I'm going to stick to from now on and located close to home. Awesome crew and friendly faces!!

I like how genuinely nice the staff were. The quality and prices of their product are on point. Very easy check in and prompt service.
