Places an online order, upon retrieving my order I was told a different amount than what the online menu stated . It was an Error on their part and they refused to honor the mistake and was told they cannot fill the order. Not any compensation was offered for THEIR MISTAKE which cost me Time and Money ! I will never use higher love dispensaries and give my patronage to the Firestation

Great dispensary. Reminded me of West Coast dispensaries, similar set up and product quality, which was a serious upgrade after going to Illinois ones for a while. Great and extensive variety, knowledgeable budtenders, chill vibe. I was able to get exactly what I want, a strain that has been impossible to find in the Midwest so far, and was thrilled! Plus they have really high quality local products which is lovely. Really liked the Meg & Zen products and the Traverse city dart RSO. Jordyn was my budtender and she was so lovely to interact with, helped me find the perfect edible despite all my food allergies, and just made the experience a pleasure. Highly recommend this place!
