Higher Love - Menominee

Placed an online order overnight and there was a great sale so I head up there the next morning. After a 2 hour ride I arrive to find my total almost double and told the sale ended overnight. When you place an order you should expect that price. Thats on them and I won't go back.

Barb, was awesome and on point with making sure our orders were correct and if we needed anything else. I must tip my hat. This particular dispensary has nothing but good Budtenders since I've been coming. Keep it up GT PS becoming familiar with a BT is like going to your bakery and knowing the bakery 😉

“Budtenders” have no clue about their product line. Flower is wildly overpriced for the area. Subpar customer service and long wait times.

Love shopping at Higher Love! Today I placed an order online and ran to pick it up, totally forgot my paper id so I asked the bud tender if my fiancé could pick up my order for me. The budtender seemed to be a bit annoyed that all he has was his tribal id. He’s never been to higher love before and wasn’t offered any discount or anything for being a first time customer. My interaction today wasn’t up to par, I know we all have bad days. Hopefully the next visit will be better.

Oh my goodness… So glad I chose higher love… Very very friendly people …very inviting waiting area…bud tenders are super knowledgeable about products! Even the lighting is perfect my eyes are sensitive! Chad was my bud tender today and turned me on to some remarkable edibles…Very short wait times because there are a lot of helpers!!!!!!

There craft hydro was good especially the blue dream love the gummy bundles . I will say friendly staff but it takes more than that to have good customer service. I ordered a oz of house munchkin sour diesel it was labeled sour diesel and advertised that way . But when I got home and started to test it . It was like super skunk didn't cross or a Mexican sativa the bud had black spots on it never seen sour diesel look that way so it tasted woody little must little tropical fruit. Anyone who's had sour diesel will say it's skunky dank pungent whatever u call it. So I called them and they did absolutely nothing about it not looking for freebies

Fantastic service by Andrew and great selection!

First person was friendly and helpful but when we went to pick up our order, they acted at first didn't see us. Then when we were up two people behind us left before we did, of course we had pre-ordered before we left the house 3 hrs earlier. Several people also passed the car without asking if we'd been helped or like we were there.

The crew was amazing they where very patient with me and even help me decide what I wanted really made me feel good and would definitely go again
