Not sure how long I've been coming here. And I'm not sure what was happening this evening. I was walking into the store and I believe it was a manager yelling down the hallway at an employee who has waited on me before. The employee had said hello to me in the parking lot. And by the time I entered the building he was being yelled at in the hallway. I turned around and walked out the door. I found this to be very unprofessional. At first I thought maybe I was the one being yelled at. But clearly the man was yelling at the employee. I don't visit this store very often. But I definitely will not be coming back. I'm very upset to see employees are being treated like that. Not to mention customers speaking about the situation in the parking lot. It doesn't speak well of this store at all.

If I could give Joyology Wayne NEGATIVE stars I WOULD! Since the switch to the new manager Sebastian, they have taken the JOY out of JOYOLOGY. This is the biggest joke of a dispensary I have ever seen. The management is pathetic, especially the owners. They know nothing about the products they sell in their store. I've seen moldy weed, moldy edibles, & improper handling of products. Racism, misogyny, and hate run deep throughout this company and it's embarrassing to know I used to shop here. They lie about products, prices, product benefits, test dates, strains, employee benefits, etc.. Half of their staff is either too stoned to do their job or too naïve in their product knowledge to give you what you really need. Their budtenders are incentivized via contests to push their garbage/ old products that don't regularly sell and the budtenders will lie to your face to get another .50 cents or 1.00 added to their little 'SparkPlug' total. The management steals tips and samples from their budtenders. They hide in the office and secretly bash their employees and mansplain to their customers. Unprofessional staff with mediocre products. DON'T SHOP HERE.

At one time (when this was Holistic) this was my favorite dispensary. Since the name change & moving downstairs they have slowly been losing all the – we care about our patients – attitude that made this place special. I've been coming here for years, so I brought my 2 sisters here. The budtender I got on a particular visit was extremely condescending. When I said I micro-dose, he proceeded to explain to me how to take what I was buying. If I know what micro-dosing is, I don't need you to explain it to me. The next visit, I called before I went. I wanted one thing. The person on the phone said they had plenty in stock. So, I drove down there & they were out. They made up lots of excuses why they were out. They said I could buy what I wanted from the more expensive recreational side (then you're not really out are you?). They tried to up-sell me with something I didn't really want while not listening to what my need was. It was a very bad situation & I left with nothing. Recently, was very likely my last visit to Joyology. The website doesn't seem to be updated much. I've been asking for CBD honey sticks for well over a month. The website says they have them, every time I ask for them, at the store, they say they're out. The budtender (Aaron) was very matter of fact, retail in a rush to move me through. The entire place has gotten, let's just move people through as fast as possible, make the money, hurry, hurry.

I came in a little over 2 weeks ago and Sarah was my blood tender was very helpful and knowledgeable in prices and product that was very pleased I definitely would request her every time I come she's a great person and a great personality and she gave me my choices if I wanted to better stuff or the other stuff and I like that makes you feel comfortable coming in give her a big blunt lol
