Ivy Hall - Bucktown

Beautiful store, very odd experience. Not sure what’s going on with their with employees but they seem uninterested and confused.

Was denied entry without multiple forms of identification even with my valid id that states I am 22. I offered to show a photo of my birth certificate and they still denied me entry. Overall the staff was rude, and unhelpful.

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very kind. Items I left with were of good quality.

The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. The space is also gorgeous!
