Jack's Cannabis Co - Pittsfield

Jacks is closed (again). Employees were told one or two days, by text, before SEPTEMBER 10th they were closing. The doors have been locked ever since. This is the second time in 2 years this establishment has shut their doors. As a former employee of Jack's and an employee of another dispensary nearby i ask that you remove this store from the website as it causes lots of frustration with consumers.

Both times I’ve been here it’s been a great experience. Went through the pre-order pickup option and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Everyone working inside provided a very lovely and chill atmosphere. Out of all the dispensaries I’ve been to in Massachusetts, this one is my top pick. Will be my go-to from now on!

Quick, efficient, friendly! Plus they have great prices, deals, and good quality! With any dispensary, it's best if you pre-order your stuff so you are in and out, keeping business flowing.

We didn't get the product advertised on leafly I ordered. Jacks s tate leafly doesn't specify orders. 7G of grape guava for $40 was my request. Jacks states that offer is for shake, although leafly doesn't say shake. Not satisfied customer. I'd shop direct next time.

Smaller place than I am used to be they have everything I needed. Great staff too.

I have been shopping with jacks almost exclusively. I'm a new Yorker. And I have my pick of at least 4 dispensaries around jacks. But every trip it's jacks prices quick service, chill and knowledgeable staff bring me back. It's the prices though. Can't beat em.

Good prices and variety of products!

The store was simple Clean , and Bright. It kind of had that JP’s office in grandmas boy type of vibe. The Employees were pretty knowledgable, pointed me over to the kiosk, but im a people person, so I had a lot of question I would rather get perspective from someone who burns not a computer. Also their stoke level was like a 4/10, maybe it was just early. But I feel like if your selling pot for a living, a tad bit of excitement goes a long way. Guy said he was into indica tho so I get it. Here’s the reality : I went in their looking for a great deal and I left with exactly that! Grabbed 5 Gram Pre-Rolls and walked out the door for $60. I think that may be best deal (dollars/Grams , in this case $12). And I just broke them down to conserve thru a water pipe. Overall my stoke level after leaving jacks was like a 7.4. 🔥 I like connecting with people, I know a lot of people don’t tho so this might be perfect for you. But if your looking for a quick quality in and out shop Deffinately check out Jacks !

From the very first time the atmosphere was so welcoming & chill. Everyone’s friendly, bubbly & knowledgeable. Always ready to answer any questions and ready to deal with any concerns you may have. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the Berkshire’s. You’ll love their sales, quality of products and variety!

I’ve been here 6 or 7 times now since I moved to Lenox. Friendly staff, clean store and good COVID protocol from what I’ve seen so far. Great product selection and the prices are on par or better, really depends on the product so. I was going to BB and CP for awhile but have been steady here so far. The only complaint I have at all is I got some flower that is mildewed. But this is obviously not their fault, that would be on strane.. smh.

Such a cute little shop. The staff is so nice and they always help me find what’s best for me and my wallet. 10/10 would 100% recommended you come here. I make an hour drive to this dispensary every time I need to re-up.

Amazing and wide selection of both concentrates and flower. Reasonably priced for the area, they have sales on some items every now and then as well. Staff is extremely friendly and cooperative! They keep the place nice and clean to ensure a quick and safe experience!

I'm impressed! Fantastic selection and several brands with higher THC levels than I've seen at other dispensaries in the area. Staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly! So happy the opened here (Pittsfield, MA)
