I came here yesterday for the first time hoping to find a new go to dispensary closer to home but no luck. I picked up a quarter of their daily special and it was horribly dried out. What a waste of money. There’s another place I go to that has better deals and they don’t use dried out flower for those deals. Will never spend my hard earned cash here again.

BEWARE OF FAULTY PRODUCTS! They don’t hold accountability for damaged products. Purchased 2 cartridges and one does not work. Rather resolve the issue and exchange it out. They would rather offer 15% discount. So you want me to buy another cartridge and take a chance of it not working? What good is 15% when I can come in tomorrow and get 20% off cartridge. Who is winning here. Be aware of the products they sell because if they don’t work you are SOL!

Hi Jeff, we apologize for your experience of buying a cartridge. We always ask that patients bring the product back into the store to be assessed if they encounter any malfunctions. Once the item is assessed, we follow up with the manufacturer who makes the product. Unfortunately, the only thing we can offer without seeing the product is a discount to be used at your convenience. When you have the chance, if you like, bring the cartridge in store and ask for our manager Chris.

Honestly this is my first time going about this whole dispensary thing and I had no idea what to expect but Hoop made the whole experience smooth for me and I was able to complete a purchase with product that I was really excited to use. He was very knowledgeable about the product and helped lean me towards the strain that was going to satisfy my needs . Such a dope atmosphere inside the store I recommend this dispensary for anyone looking for A1 customer service and quality bud.
