JARS Cannabis - Center Line

I have been a customer of jars for years, I was very pleased to find a company that took great care in their weed. It wasn’t covered in pesticides. It wasn’t over fertilized it was flushed properly, but lately the weed is so moist and it’s not a humidity issue because I put it in a dehumidifier and it doesn’t work. It doesn’t crisp like it Should. it stays dense and moist. you can’t break it up and smoke it in a joint and it barely burns in a bowl. I’ve come across a lot of people that have done many different silly things to try to make more money from their weed and one of them is to soak the weed, use a simple syrup. Spraying the weed with different things can enhance certain flavors, but overall it just destroys the weed if you look at these buds through a magnifying glass, you should see tricomes little crystals if you don’t, then either they were stripped which I’ve known a lot that shake their weed and strip all the good parts out so they can make all of their tinctures and goos and gums and whatever so what I’m asking please jars go back to simple growers that don’t damage their weed. Nearly every manipulation only hurts customers. It’s not gonna increase your bottom line if nobody wants to buy your weed. Thank you.

Small showroom, initial experience was shock at how many packages and other items they had, and how little flower. I was looking for something besides flower. They sold me Rise thc oil, and got a free jungle juice gummy package. Both were garbage. I called to complain, and I don't believe the agent was even listening to me. I told her I took way more than the salesperson recommended, and still felt nothing. She kept repeating to take less. Money down the drain. Jars, never again.

I always order for delivery and at first everything was great, the weed is always good .These last 3 times has been a horrible experience, there is no update in the apps on the orders. Every time they deliver the prices are always different.

I sent in a $143 order. Since the last time I ordered my id had expired and had been replaced. My order was scheduled for delivery between 3-5. After 5 I called customer service to find out where my order was and I was put on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on. I called back and they told me my id was expired and that they send me an email explaining that but they didn’t. I cancelled my order after 40 minutes on the phone. Ride sharing down the road to lume.

wow my favorite dispo by far. I always have and amazing experience when I go their. All the employees are amazing and very friendly. But one bud tender is my absolute favorite. Dorie c is Very knowledgeable on all the products and very helping. Definitely cares about you're experience. On top of that she is absolutely gorgeous. a smile that would brighten anyone's day. If I could give her 6 stars I would. Also a lot of amazing deals.

My Pickup order was filled quickly and available at the front desk.

Worst yet ordered pick up get there they don't have my order ready and can't find it it was my favorite strawberry cough that was 99.00oz them it said about a deal 2 for 99.00 so I pick cream mints 115.00 but them it discounted it and said 115.some cents so I drove home check phone to see were o ordered from I got message they couldn't fill the order so I called them they said they don't have the strawberry cough so I asked what else they had names stuff I never heard of durga mega I said let's try that then he said black berry cheesecake I said you know let's do the cheese cake so I got durga mata and black berry cheesecake both regular 59.00 swag no were compares to what my order was the old bait switch move with crap half the quality if they would of told me that on phone 59.00 regular I wouldn't of wanted it fat cry from what I ordered and what I got

Beware like House of Dank this company does bait and switches. On Leafly, Jars advertised 2 ounces for $99 for their 4th of July sale and when I arrived they said it was buy two $99 ounces and get $10 off each of them! WOW! Bad business and false advertising! Jars knows how to lure you in with deception and then spin it on you and if you challenge them, make you seem like a troublemaker. Jars has become arrogant and greedy since they have grown. Jars is now taking advantage of and turning their backs on their most loyal supporters because they believe they have us in the bag. Jars forgets we were getting weed regularly before marijuana was ever legalized and they ever existed. Be humble and honest, not misleading.

Been there twice and screwed up order both times. Second time I was overcharged $31. Product is fine but can’t get it right

This place is beyond terrible. Horrible service that talks me into buying extra crap. Terrible low grade weed, and overall just not worth my time or money. I will take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been to multiple Jars locations. All top notch. Fully stocked, friendly, knowledgeable. They have some pretty amazing deals and fairly often.

Payge handled my last visit and was very professional I let her pick my strains and she did not fail me
