Every time I've ever been here, the budtender always gives me a deal I didn't find online, and lately it usually ends up being the 2/$43 Oz or JARS 1g disposables, and the $5 prerolls. Went in today, didn't get the guy's name because his name tag was obscured, but he came up as cashier #59514 on the receipt. He simply would not give us what we asked for. Asked for the deal on the disposables, and the only option he gave was a disposable that was $74 each. Asked for the $5 preroll and he insisted I had to pay $19 for them. Eventually I just asked for the oz disposables by name and he finally admitted "oh yeah those are 2/$43" but still wouldn't sell me the JARS brand prerolls, even though they're listed online at that price. Just horrible service from this guy. Three stars because it's been great every other time, but this dude just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Very disappointed with this jars. They sold me a drip cart that doesn't work. They won't refund or replace. Shady rude people, don't go here.

It truly is ridiculous, annoying and I do not like that I can not buy the employees a joint as a tip. There are some truly helpful and lovely people that work at Kingman JARS, (some truly awful employees too) that I WANT TO BUY A JOINT FOR!!! PLEASE CHANGE THIS RIDICULOUS RULE MANAGEMENT!! ASAP.
