I just want to say Marissa is a rockstar she has awesome budtender. Even though I just went in with my daughter she knows her job and how to do it I give her a 10 out of 10 ☺️...

Just wasted my time shopping for an order for no reason. apparently you have to make an in store purchase before they do a delivery to your home. What a let down I'll just keep going to the shop by my house.

I placed a delivery order and spent 2 days trying to get it while the staff kept changing the order time and canceling the order. I sat home for 6 hours because they claimed they were coming. Garbage! I will never humiliate myself like this again.

I'm disabled so I started shopping here for their free delivery. I'm so glad I did. The cheapest, highest quality product. I like their $40 bags of shake. There's always fun, good strains to try that help with all my aliments. Their Kiva bars are the best edibles I've had. And the staff are kind & friendly. My monthly delivery is always a treat.

Preferred the special last time, (2 for $80 ounces) and don’t recommend. These bags are trash. I chalked that up as a loss, then tried ordering a delivery. I made a simple mistake and selected pickup, and wanted to switch to delivery. 45 min later here we sit unaccomplished, nobody answering the phone, and the one agent I spoke with transferred me to a non answering number. The service here has gone down hill tremendously, and I’m really disappointed in the lack of care from the employees

Superb experience every time I order from this dispensary. Phenomenal deals every week. Especially around the holidays.

You can never go wrong with jars

First, JARS is overpriced af but I was desperate so I placed my order around 4 and immediately got a confirmation emails saying they received and were preparing it but after 2 and a half hours I got tired of waiting and went up there. My order wasn't ready and the guy waiting on me seemed clueless. I selected the same item and it rang up to $40.81 on a $35 purchase instead of the quoted $37.10 online. I questioned him but again he barely acted like he barely knew how to work the register so I gave up and paid it so I could leave. I'll never go back.

I love going to jars in Owosso. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Eileen is who I've been dealing with lately and she is always very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions or concerns I may have. I will definitely be back at least once a week.
