Friendly service and clean environment. Prices are better than other local dispensaries.
Ordered online and it was correct and people were nice. Just don’t like waiting outside for online order:(
Dispensary response:
Thanks for your review! You can always wait inside the dispensary if the weather doesn't suit the outdoor window, we will still get to you in the order that you arrived!

Love Jova! Theeee best local dispensary! Customer service always up to par as well!
A really nice place, especially after they renovated. Staff is friendly as well I tip whenever I can.
Helpful and great quality and wait time is very minimal
Always fast and friendly very knowledgeable staff
It's the best store yet hands down
great experience, line moved fast. online orders are served first. I will definitely be back.
Best dispensary in town
Best shop in Maryland
Placed an order for pickup. It was ready when I arrived and the order was correct.
hate to say it but I will no longer be coming here, I have never had an issue but I put in a pre order online to have it kicked back which raised the price another 30 dollars, love you guys but didn't appreciate the waste of my tube I experienced today. will not happen again.
Dispensary response:
First of all, thank you for your feedback! After looking into your pre-order (as it shows in our systems) I'm not immediately seeing an explanation for a change in price in-store, especially by that wide a margin. As an attempt to reconnect and reconcile your experience, if you would reach out to dcain@jovawellness.com with more details about your experience, we would be more than happy to compensate you for your time. Hopefully we will see you on much better terms next time!

It’s always good vibes walking into JOVA. Great customer service from educated cashiers and receptionists who also provide a welcoming environment.
Love this place. Super helpful recommendations when you're looking for something new to try.
They have great quality and great customer service
They are slow. Go to liberty on a weekday.
Dispensary response:
Hey Tdixonsuccess, thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of JOVA Wellness. We understand that prompt service is important, but we also believe in providing each customer with the thorough, personalized attention they deserve. As such, our transaction pace is dictated by the individual in front of you—ensuring every verification, consultation, and recommendation is handled with the utmost care and compliance.
While you suggested “shopping at Liberty on a weekday” for a quicker experience, even our esteemed colleagues elsewhere must accommodate their patrons’ varied needs; lines inevitably move at the tempo set by those being served. Should you prefer an expedited visit, we encourage utilizing our pre-order and express pick-up options, which allow us to streamline your purchase without compromising on the careful protocols that keep our dispensary both safe and compliant.
We appreciate your patronage and hope you’ll return to experience the diligence and attention to detail that define JOVA Wellness. Until then, we wish you the very best in your cannabis journey.

Medical, and Pre-orders are first. So gotta wait for them. Other than that, it's a chill place. Has a Rewards program. MAKE sure you sign up for that, get some return if you're gonna be somewhat regular.
Always a good smooth time. Jova had the best deals
gas
The prices are reasonable, flavor options are good. Terpene content can be found on products. Lines are usually long & pre orders are recommended for the last hour of operation. Don't pull up thinking you will walk right in 45 min before they close.
I love weekly deals! Give you a chance to try a little of everything. The bud tenders are knowledgeable with their recommendations! Additionally they are very helpful if you might need to make an exchange just make sure you call beforehand.
The staff provides good information and is welcoming. The selection is excellent, and the pricing is great when you time your visit with the weekly sales ( especially this Sunday 25% off flower deal).
Wonderful staff, always a great experience!
