Been patronizing this dispensary for about 2 years now and totally, really the last few visit have been anything but positive.
First, the selection has been consistently lacking for anything other than flower. No RSO caps, no transdermal patches, no microdosing tabs.
For the service this has been getting more and more spotty. I’ve called there to ask questions before and the women answering the phones have been rather rude, as if a call was disturbing them. There is also a bud tender, Chris I believe, who is consistently rude and condescending. That said, I have had positive experiences with others, but as a consumer, it takes one time for me to spend my money elsewhere. This new batch of bud tenders is not it.
Not sure what’s going on here, but the customer service has been very disappointing over the last 90 days. I also find it rich that they now have a sign up about disrespect. Seems some of the folks working there would benefit from reading that as well.
