2025 was the year of Jova Wellness. for me As I look back over visits to the location, I can't think of one truly negative experience, no major customer service errors that weren't resolved quickly, no bait and switching and always a pleasant, helpful attitude from the staff. They are quick to pull in management if you have concerns, questions or need clarification --I've found them to be responsive, professional and fair. They continue to be my go-to DMV location for those reasons and more
Great first time experience and I will be returning! Great deals as well and friendly experience with everyone, shouts out to JOVA for saving my Monday!

I have been coming to Jova for a few years now. The staff is friendly and no matter how long their lines get they still stay professional and helpful. I’m glad I found this place. Justyn is awesome and even the security guard Chris is great! The only thing I would suggest is more discounts lol.

I recently renewed my card and started shopping at Jova. They have great deals nad their flower is always good. Marvin has got me straight every time. I doubt if I shopping anywhere else.
