This is the only place that I go to usually on a weekly basis and the atmosphere in Khalifa is amazing when I walk in and I see Matthew the manager and Don sitting there talking and laughing it makes me feel like I'm at home but let me first begin with the service is spectacular I'm always being helped by them and these are who should be getting kudos Matthew, Will, Don, Greg, Keria, Lance they all need Kudos! SERVICE IS ALWAYS A 10, for someone who worked in customer service for over 25 years herself I know genuine people thank you to the staff at Khalifa Ashland Oregon

Grabbed some pre rolls in a bind.. All of them were absolute garbage. None of them smoked. Every single one ran so bad all the way down to the the filter. Also only burnt one side of the joint. Was a complete waste of money. Even the infused one didn't smoke it ran on one side too. You cant even inhale because it's rolled so tight. Absolute disappointment. What a waste of 10 grams and money.

Kaleafa in Ashland is a great dispensary. There are always a wide variety of quality options to choose from, whether you want flower, edibles, cartridges, dabs, etc at great prices and they often have discount deals available as well. The atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming with a staff that is always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. But it goes beyond that, it has a neighborhood vibe with quality that is on par with dispensaries in PDX, SF and LA. From what I have seen they always treat customers with respect, whatever walk of life they come from. I was going to mention certain staff, but It felt like that would be doing a disservice to what a wonderful group they are overall. If you haven't been here yet, it's definitely worth the trip.

Bought a gram of oil. Clearly it was stored on its side because it was all over the lid and in the threads of the jar. Called to let them know and they didn’t even ask what brand it was to make sure they fixed it. Dumb. This is a last resort dispensary.

I like that they regularly have buds 26%-32%+ THC, along with a huge selection of concentrates and strains. There is industry discount for Handler's card holders. They also have a points system, though obscure with no oversight ability for the customer. Unfortunately, the last few times I've come in they made me feel rushed, not so helpful, and slightly condescending answering questions about accessories. This is especially surprising considering I've spent about $1000 there in a little less than two months. I called them and was given attitude about an item in stock when asking for specifics, then just hung up on me. They have also just recently cut down their menu info on Leafly, and coming in from Eagle Point I require a menu before I shop. •I only recommend if you want high THC percentage under $15/gm. •If you enroll in the points, get your balance signed off on your receipt each time. •If you place an order online for pickup, call them after you complete the confirmation email so they will know to look for the order.

this is my regular spot. out of all the dispensaries I have tried in the area they are my favorite. great service. good bud. couldn't ask for much else. thanks always guys!

the price for the quality they sell is a rip off. i guess i was spoiled in Eugene and the fact that that they charge to spilt up an oz,Ashland you are really disappointing me. this is why i grow my own.

Great selection and wide range of prices

Kaleafa has the best flower in Ashland, period. [come at me. I'll fight you.] It has quickly become my favorite dispensary in town, and in my multiple trips I have been delighted and impressed by both staff and product selection. The dispensary itself has a very chill atmosphere, complete with free candy and soda. I was helped by Alex--a charming fellow who knew a lot about CBD strains and their interplay with people who are particularly anxious or stressed (like myself.) Edible selection here is OUTRAGEOUSLY AWESOME as well--so if wildfire smoke has made you distant from your favorite bong, the good folks here can still take care of you. Prices are fair, and with frequent deals (like dollar grams, $20 eighths, CBD sundays) broke bitches like myself can still feel welcomed and cared for. In short, 12/10--Everyone should come and check out this new and sweet little shop.

I don’t know what Akos789789 and WinterGlemon are talking about this is by far one of the best dispensary in the Rogue Valley over 30+ selection of good bud and great deals! Can’t go wrong with this place and the people here are amazing. How could you bash this place when this is the only dispensary that gives out complimentary sodas and candy for stoners with the munchies. I will definitely keep coming here!

They usually have what I am looking for. Love the specials, that really help us with fixed incomes. Staff is great, love family owned businesses!

I stopped in for a first time visit and was immediately impressed with the clean and easy layout. I asked the few bud tenders what strain they were most excited about and the clear winner was the GG#4. The numbers were high, the buds looked dense and resinous, the smell was ok, but despite that I was willing to give the recommended flower a shot. Bought an eighth, price was on the higher end, but as long as the quality was there it would be fine. It wasn’t. The flower was absolute shit. My immediate reaction was that it was harvested early and rushed through the cure, it was harsh and awful. If this is the “fire” that the entire staff stands behind, I have zero faith in the establishment. I doubt I’ll ever return.

Loved this site! Great prices and product, but a little disappointed in the manager Chris, who helped me. He referred to me as Dude which I found disrespectful and lacked professionalism as I am a 45 year old woman. He also could have been more knowledgeable about the product. His descriptions were short one word answers that were not helpful as I was trying to learn about the strains.

I enjoyed the simplicity of the experience. Getting checked for ID was quick. There was an organized paper that listed brands, strains, and percentages of THC content. That Black Cherry Soda by: Dr. Jolly's is phenomenal. The staff was friendly. 👍

Always a great visit when I go by Kaleafa! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on their products. I love the recommendations they make as well. I think they have the best distillate cartridges for the best price on the market.

Awesome dispensary. Great quality, prices and service! I go in there pretty indecisive most of the time which has to be fun for the budtenders, but they do a good job of pointing me in the right direction especially Chris. Best dispensary in the Ashland without a doubt.

The gentleman that helped me (I believe it was the owner), was extremely helpful and patient with me. The prices were outstanding, the cheapest cartridges I could find.

Totally righteous. Loved the refreshments and the service. budtenders were very educated about the products. Two thumbs up on the Facebook page! Extracts were very good quality and the display of the product was very nicely set up. Prices on bongs we're very good too, even though I don't normally go into the dispensary looking for one.

I have never been to a better dispensary and I have been to around 16. There customer service is so welcoming along with their complimentary snacks and drinks. The store looks very well put together and there are so many different things to choose from. When I was last there, I counted 75 different strains to choose from which is more than any other dispensary I’ve seen. There prices are more than affordable compared to a lot of other prices in Ashland or the Rogue Valley. The employees seem like they are very educated in the product which makes me feel much better. This is definitely my #1 dispensary!! Thanks Kaleafa!

Really liked kaleafa. Good selection, good prices, good vibe. Been going for months never had an issue using my veterans discount. Until this past Friday when i was refused. Ive purchased from the feel right menu and their $25 qtr selection with no issue with my discount. I dont know why. So i used what points i had and have no intention of coming back. Plenty of other places to take my cash. Really nice place. Have recommended to friends but not anymore. Just keep walking
