I love this shop! Never had a bad experience. The manager is amazing and helped me out today after a mixup. He went above and beyond to make things right and I couldn't be happier with both the service and selection. I love going in and talking with the budtenders. Highly recommended ❤

Oliver is by far the best bud tender around. Always super helpful and recommends exactly what I’m looking for. And Always brightens my day which is a bonus!

Twice ive gotten home to open my exit bag and low and behold Im missing grams of dabs. Budtenders have sticky fingers. Be prepared to get ripped of. Ok dab prices but you only get 4/5 of what you pay for.

Great service, great people. I just wish they would use glass jars for my purchases or hemp plastic for the containers they put your purchases in, not unrecyclable plastics.

I love Kaleafa! Best dispensary ever! They always have what I need and for a great price! There might be quite a few people there, but they have great staff that get through everyone really fast. My favorite dispensary by far!

I visited the Kaleafa in Gresham and was almost helped by a short blonde girl that works there. She acted like it was a bother to help me pick out my concentrate, and when I asked about the consistency of the product I was buying she assured me that I would be happy with it. I took it out when I got home and it was like water and running out into the package it came in. I will never go back. They’re rude, their product sucks, and they would have to lie about to get you to buy it.

The customer service was appalling here. I stopped in and the lady working that 'helped' me was so stoned she was hardly any help. I waited for 20 minutes to be misinformed about CO2 cartridges (which are full spectrum). I understand employees need to medicate, but you still need to be able to do your job.

Favorite dispensary around I’ve been when there a bit of a line but they got through it super quick and my bud tender was more than happy to stay with me and answer all my (many) questions! Also have pretty good daily deals especially on Sundays.

Much slower than any other place but still good in every other way. . Go-to dispensary

Kaleafa is a well respected location in gresham. their prices are hands down economical. coming from Boring, Or it is convenient to be able to stop by on the way to gresham and pick up a few things. The Budtenders are very friendly, they will assist you and wait till you have successfully completed your order. I my self have be going to kaleafa in gresham and will not be going else where for my cannabis needs 😁 Also SHOUT OUT TO THE AWESOME BUDTENDER AMANDA YOU ROCK 😁☺😊✌🤘

Usually my favorite place to go. But tonight was terrible. The service was slow and not knowledgeable. Usually I can see and smell the product I was not allowed this evening. Was told they would smell it and describe it for me. I’m there twice a week or more and I always can look at and smell before I buy. This was terrible I walked out and went elsewhere. I mean if I had got something she “described” and didn’t like it could I bring it back? Is it worth my time or theirs? I just want to see and smell what I’m buying.

The quality was great there is a large selection of strains and and quality, more than some of the competing dispensary’s in Gresham. I’m also a medical marijuana patient and am under the age of 21 the receptionist told me I was allowed because I’m not 21 I laughed at her and asked her if I was her first medical marijuana patient she had to ask her manager the manager did not know so he had to call someone to find out. So after waiting 20 minuets just to get confirmation I was almost about to just go down the street to swed.co until she told me about the 15% off discount. Oh and medical patients don’t have discounts like other dispensary’s in the area:/ I would go back, maybe not my #1 go to place but I like it and would suggest to a friend! (Oh ps, they have complimentary fountain drinks!)

I came in and got help from Ben today. It was my first time in the store and he helped me find the right strain for my day super easily! Very friendly interaction and good experience. Definitely recommend this location to anybody in the gresham area :)

Great service yes theres lines sometimes but they get though them pretty quick!!

The quality and selection is generally pretty good, but the budtenders can be hit-or-miss-- we love Cece, tend to avoid a couple of the dudes who are usually there in the evenings and can be dismissive or rude, not to mention un/misinformed about the products.

hands down the best shop in the Gresham/Troutdale area, maybe even PDX. The prices here far outmatch any other shop in town, and the selections are premium and there are a lot of options. So far the staff have been really friendly and have made great recommendations, and they keep me coming back. This will be my new go to shop, I tend to stay a loyal customer to whomever treats me the best and Kaleafa definitely stole my business away from Nectar in Gresham. keep it up guys, can't wait to watch you grow!
