I dislike the fact that the products at the KOP and Packer Ave but not nearly as bad as KOP location are 85% of the time SHORT! PAREA IS THE WORST AND TOU SHOULDNT CARRY THE FLOWER! THIEVES! I dont like the fact that "IM SORRY" must suffice for my time, my gas and my energy to go and hear "I'm sorry that's a error on the menu, we dont have THAT'!

great place before and after covid. like other dispensaries but keystone adapted best for covid. Whole process is easier than others. the others are more of hassle that need to be planned out to visit. Also, big teddy bear of security gaurd is hands down the best one. he comes off professional and helpful without aggressiveness as others. little things like him go long ways these days.

Been here a handful of times. Service is always slow but I put up with for their half decent sales. Customer Service when you have an issue is horrid. Will not be going here again

The drive thru is pretty coo, can be a bit if a wait because it's usually pretty busy. But I don't mind, once you drop in to confirm your order and hand over your patient card everything is in your car from there, so not TOO bad when you have to wait 🤷🏾‍♂️.

Okay so the 1st time I ever walked in a dispensary was here, I was hype as hell ran into a pretty energetic dude, forget his name but he briefly explained how the menu read and told me cause I’m a new patient I was getting 30% off so I was pretty excited. But then he set me up with a pretty bland tender, 2nd time I was there I got him again. I dunno I just ain’t feeling his vybz. There is a young lady in there that didn’t serve me, but had over heard me and was super helpful and friendly I love people like her and the dude I 1st met in there. Pretty cool deals on pens, and tinchers here but nothing else. No cool points, diamonds, or frequent customer rewards. Inside is nice bright, clean, plenty of parking. Oh yeah and DEBIT they take debit, that’s like a blessing and a curse at once ! However ONLINE ordering sucks, the menu is dumb, it’s set up silly and everything you can get in the store you can’t get on the menu, and you can’t pay online. That sucks

My first time experience was cool being as tho what’s going on in the world they are very cautious service was quick second I went it was busy so of the wait time was longer but I must say they have the best quality & variety
