Concern Regarding False Advertisement – BOGO Offer Not Honored. I’m leaving this review to share a frustrating experience I had with a recent promotion at Kinds Medical. I saw a BOGO (Buy One Get One Free) deal for ASYLUM BULK products clearly advertised on their website. When I placed my online order, the BOGO applied with no issue. But when I went to the store, I was told the promotion wasn’t valid and that it was a mistake — basically admitting to false advertising. As a loyal customer who shops here often, I’ve never had a problem like this before. Normally, the team is helpful and quick to resolve any issues, but this time I was told the deal wouldn’t be honored. It was disappointing, especially after expecting the promotion and planning my order around it. False advertising isn’t just bad business — it’s against consumer protection laws. I hope management takes accountability and makes it right, not just for me but for any other customers who may have been misled by the same deal. I’d still like to see my BOGO honored as originally advertised.
