Great
The management of this store is terrible and abusive. I was treated like a criminal, screamed at, threatened and he grabbed my hand and tore my phone out of my hand and threw it on the ground breaking it. Never in my life have I been treated this way at a store for no reason. Yes I had my mask on. The manager is violent, unreasonable and a liar and will threaten you even if you are a loyal customer like I have been ever since this store opened. NEVER SHOP IN THIS STORE. THE WORST STORE IN SANTA CRUZ. MANY OTHER GOOD LOCATIONS IN SANTA CRUZ SUCH AS 3 BROS ON FAIR. AVE.

We understand these are stressful times, however, after reviewing the video footage of the incident and speaking with our members of staff, we would like to restate our policy regarding mask wearing in our stores.
Masks must be properly worn at all times while in the store, meaning, they must cover the mouth, nose and chin. This is state law and protects our frontline employees, the families they go home to each night and the many other customers they serve throughout the day.
We also have a long-standing store policy of no video recording while inside the premises to protect the privacy of our customers.
